This elegant lounge is located inside a residential apartment home community in Mission Bay and China Basin. Situated off of Mission Creek park, this is an urban oasis perfect for a 15-20 person off-site event. At approximately 1000 square feet the lounge features an indoor fireplace, large farm style table with 10 chairs, a seating area with two sofas and two occasional chairs, as well as four club chairs cozily located next to the fireplace. We’re steps from AT&T Park, perfect for team outings after your meeting! We do have outdoor space that is NOT PRIVATE - you will see our residents and staff walk through and they are able to use the space, but as long as you are comfortable sharing, open up French doors to enjoy a ground floor patio with two 4-top tables, two cabanas, and an L-shaped sectional in front of an outdoor fireplace and grill. WiFi is complimentary however please be aware that it is public, so if you plan to do any type of streaming or video conferencing, we recommend that you bring your own jet pack or other booster system. Prior to your event, please provide an email address so that a user/password can be set up in order for you to have WiFi access. The TV is HDMI compatible and we kindly ask that guests bring their own HDMI cord if you'd like to connect. We are proudly pet free and smoke free. As health and cleanliness are more top-of-mind than ever, our efforts are focused on limiting the number of event rentals during a day to allow for thorough, professional cleaning and refreshing of the space. While all efforts to provide a sanitized area will be made, we cannot be held responsible for the health of those who use the space or potentially become ill thereafter. Please use all caution to protect oneself from unwanted illness and be mindful of social distancing while in the event spaces. Due to the ever-changing nature of COVID and the impact on our communities, amenities and availability are subject to change. We will provide as much notice as possible and work collaboratively to resolve the changes if applicable.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. The space was as described. Very accommodating and friendly staff. We had a brunch baby shower and used the table for the food and everyone was able to sit inside and outside to eat. We had a few decorations but honestly it is decorated tastefully so nothing was really needed. Everyone commented on what a wonderful space. I would definitely rent again.

Lights didn't work which is kind of critical for it to be a functioning space in the evening. Maintenance guy came over and simply said the light bulbs don't work and theres nothing we can do.
