Our beautiful conference room has a smart table seating for six to eight guests. There is a smart TV, table outlets, and a large glass white board. The space is perfect for a small group meeting of 4-8. Smoke free and pet-free space. Located next to AT&T park, China Basin, Mission Bay. We are a luxury apartment community with multiple rooms available. Restrooms conveniently located down the hallway. We have public WiFi that is shared, so if you plan to have video conferencing or live streaming we do recommend you bring your own jet pack or booster. Prior to your event, please provide an email address so that we can set up a user/password for WiFi access. The TV is HDMI compatible, we do request that guests bring their own HDMI cord. Our dry erase markers walk away from time-to-time as well, so if that' a requirement we may recommend that you bring your own as well. Smoke free and pet-free space. We can't wait to host your meeting! As health and cleanliness are more top-of-mind than ever, our efforts are focused on limiting the number of event rentals during a day to allow for thorough, professional cleaning and refreshing of the space. While all efforts to provide a sanitized area will be made, we cannot be held responsible for the health of those who use the space or potentially become ill thereafter. Please use all caution to protect oneself from unwanted illness and be mindful of social distancing while in the event spaces. Due to the ever-changing nature of COVID and the impact on our communities, amenities and availability are subject to change. We will provide as much notice as possible and work collaboratively to resolve the changes if applicable.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. We had some IT problems connecting to the internet and couldn't get the monitor to screen share, however the space was nice, clean, and quiet.

No one was onsite to give me access to the space until 30 minutes after my booking had begun. No one was answering the only contact number that I was provided with. The host was not responding to my messages. The room was not as pictured - there is no longer a large whiteboard wall, there's just a small glass whiteboard in its place. I was unable to connect my computer to the TV monitor, even after asking for assistance. All of these challenges resulted in my meeting starting late, having to come up with alternative solutions, and infringing on my executive's extremely valuable time.

Though a very secure location, I looked at previous reviews about the internet set up and made sure to ask about it prior to when I went to go see this room. What sold us on this spot was the white board wall, it was such a great selling point. When I got there, the wonderful wall was removed and replaced with a single panel glass board, bummer. The internet instructions weren't sent out prior to my exec's meeting and the supplies I left for their meeting was not provided until after the Leasing office staff arrived. Overall nice staff, but don't think we'll book again with the logistical hiccups my team experienced.

The room itself is exactly as pictured...beautiful and very comfortable, and the staff is super friendly. The room is quiet and private, which was very important for our meeting. Unfortunately, there were are few hiccups that caused delays and a little stress. The process to get WiFi access was not clear. Apparently, we were supposed to send a request in advance, but I could not find instructions to that end in any of the confirmation emails, and we had to set it up on site, which was fine but presented a slight delay. Additionally, the tech is not Mac friendly. Because of this, we were delayed again in getting started as we couldn't figure out how to use the system and had to repeatedly ask for help. The onsite employee was very nice and tried to help but didn't seem to have enough knowledge on how to operate the system either. In the end, we weren't able to use the monitor, but it worked out fine anyway. I think if they shored up the tech issues the experience would be perfect. Otherwise, we really liked the room itself and would likely book again now that we know the setup.
