I hosted a surprise birthday party here and the venue was absolutely beautiful. The three levels allowed us to be extremely flexible in terms of how we wanted to utilize the space. Although parking wasn't ideal, it wasn't nearly as bad as we thought it was going to be. Cindy and Johnny were very helpful, responsive, and accommodating, and it was a pleasure working with them. I wish the table and chairs they had on-site came with the venue rental fee, but it was still cheaper and more convenient to rent the chairs from them than another company. My only suggestion would be to clarify on the posting that the flat fee for tables and chairs is a flat fee per table and set of ten chairs.

I had an awesome birthday party at Cindy and John's space. It was THE perfect vibe for an outdoor evening party. I also liked that I could rent chairs and tables directly from them. Communication was a bit spotty and slow via Peerspace. I had to follow up a couple of times, but they were able to accommodate me for a visit to see the space prior to the event, and communication was a lot easier via text afterwards. Things to note: bottom level and right side of the second level do not have much lighting once the sun goes down. I mistakenly placed my caterer in the 2nd level dark pocket and felt bad about it afterwards.

The space was beautiful and definitely spacious enough for what we needed it for. However, we had some communication difficulties, there was a pile of cut up logs, some broken furniture and extra tables and chairs that were just out in plain view. We had been told that we would have all four spots in the driveway for our guests with mobility issues, but when we arrived, one of the spots was already taken which meant we had to scramble last minute to accommodate our guests who couldn't walk well. Those are all things that can easily be changed though - the space itself was gorgeous, the views cannot be beat, and the person for whom we held the party absolutely loved it.

Beautiful location, and the hosts were awesome to communicate with. They were very helpful and worked with us to ensure we could get what we needed for our shoot.

We rented this venue for a surprise engagement party and no doubt everyone thought it was beautiful especially during sunset. Cindy was easy to communicate with which made planning less stressful. The only complaints I have unfortunately is that there were bee’s coming from a hive somewhere in the backyard so a few of my guests got stung. Lastly, the whole time I thought there was going to be a kitchen to prep but it was closed due to covid and I found out the day of when we got there.

My wife and I held a last-minute wedding ceremony in the backyard. Everything turned out great and Cindy was easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend it.

I absolutely love the space and the host was so gracious and helpful!! She was very responsive and welcoming. I would not hesitate to rent this space again. And, by the way, if you choose this spot your pictures will come out AMAZING!!
