The Ranch is close to Los Angeles with a far away feel. Looks Montana, Colorado. The Ranch is privately owned with miles of trails, dirt roads, large oaks, pine forests, valleys, mountains, open areas, large gravel parking lot; all with amazing 50 mile views. The Ranch sits at a 3200-3500 ft altitude and gets snow during the winter. We have starry nights and a ranch house. We have the only Animal Alley for filming (small to large animals, one to a herd, walking to running). The ranch is 30 miles north of Santa Clarita. 4 miles east of the I-5 off the 138 (near Gorman). We are private and secluded. On site parking for over 250-300 cars available. There are no time limits on shoots and we are available all year long. The price listed is for a crew size of 1-15 without the use of the ranch house, just bathrooms. We are film friendly and have no neighbors. **RANCH REMINDERS AND SUGGESTIONS** Per Peerspace's policy, if you stay beyond the length of time allocated in the booking, you will be charged for overtime and prorated by the half-hour We are very film friendly! Please communicate with us if you require more time, and need something. We can make arrangements for 4-wheel drives or an extension. Peerspace's overtime policy protects us from productions who attempt to take advantage of the hourly process. The day rates are listed below. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas Film Productions must provide additional insurance Crew should be aware it is a ranch and we recommend wearing long pants and boots or close toed shoes Nights are cold, bring a jacket. Trash should be placed in the bins and the host will take care of the rest The ranch is completely off the grid for water and off the grid for electricity as well (multiple solar panels and a small wind turbine). **PRICING** Crew size of: 1-19 people = $1000/day + (includes site manager fee) 20-60 people = $2000/day + ( includes site manager fee) 60+ people = $3000/day + (includes site manager fee) We have horses and cattle available for rental. Depending on the time of year, need and number of animals, the pricing is on a sliding scale. Pricing does not include use of Ranch House.
