THE SPACE The Lounge is located inside of a residential apartment home community and so we do ask that any event or meeting be appropriate for that space. The 1200 square foot space is great for a laid back meeting with lots of small group brainstorms, or your special event. There is a bar with four stainless steel bar chairs, large slick meeting table with seating for six. A sectional sofa cozies up to build in seating flanking a 55 inch television. Pool table and Scrabble for those good break times. A small four-person conference room is attached if someone needs a quiet space. Our outdoor BBQ grills are perfect for a breath of fresh air. AMENITIES Round table, island, counter space, bar stools, sofa, TV, Wifi, fireplace, pool table, BBQ grills. THE LOCATION The Fillmore District has a LOT of history, and our lounge space embraces the musical history the classic San Francisco neighborhood surrounding our beautiful building. PARKING Onsite parking is not provided and not included in the booking rate. We recommend using public transportation or taxi/ride share services.
Our space is proudly Smoke-Free and Pet-Free. For this very special space, we typically like to have the host of the event meet with our site team to walk through and ensure your needs are met. All bookings are inclusive of set up and break down time, and for this reason we recommend booking an hour before and after your set event time. Furniture cannot be rearranged without prior approval from host. Please dispose of garbage, leave the space "broom clean" and check in with the concierge on your way out. All deliveries and catering need to be approved and communicated to host in advance. The Peerspace Concierge team can help coordinate any additional services you may need, contact them at firstname.lastname@example.org Depending on your event, we might recommend that you provide a staff member to check in guests at the front desk of the building as they will be entering a formal lobby on the first floor. We may require you to also sign our supplemental Peerspace booking agreement prior to the event and provide names of all attendees for check in. If your booking is a larger event and/or includes alcohol you may need to purchase additional event insurance and provide a COI and/or provide a refundable security deposit prior to the booking date. Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Everything worked out perfectly- communication was easy and the space was just as pictured. We hosted an informal rehearsal dinner the night before our wedding and brought in catering. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and it was nice the area spilled out onto the community pool area.

Good space and great size for our team offsite. Unfortunately it's not really set up for for any kind of actual team event and we found it difficult to present slides or anything digitally. In fact, I packed my own HDMI cable just in case and we ended up using it the entire day (otherwise our group of 15+ would be huddled around a laptop). The main TV also went into demo mode every 5 mins which was an incredible distraction. No speakers or background music despite the claims and tech-wise about 10 years off the mark. 4 days later I'm also still getting calls from the entry door way with random people asking to buzz me in. Otherwise Peerspace crew were great, and the lunch catering was perfect.

We had a great offsite in this space! Very comfortable seating, lots of space for us to break into smaller groups and split up. The set up could a little work. It's easier to get into and navigate the building by entering a side entrance, and that would have been good to know in advance. The team knew we were coming for an offsite, so it would have been great to have more of a set up/tutorial on the AV. Actually, a one sheeter with internet info, TV instructions, etc would have been great. We worked it all out, but it could have been a bit smoother. I would book again, especially now that I know how everything works.

Great space and team is super helpful. We would have loved to have one more f.o.b key so we could get ppl in and out a little easier but other than that great open floorplan.

Came here for an executive offsite. Like others mentioned it was hard to get in and out. had to literally walk people out, drop the fob on the ground and have the next person use it to get out. The space was awesome although we couldn't get in until 9am when our meeting was supposed to start. TV kept going in Demo mode and since there wasnt a remote (we had to get up to changed the settings every 6 min or so. Space was perfect for an offsite though. Large island and having little breakout spaces was amazing. Wasnt a lot of onsite help like where to throw out trash ect or if there was a water source anywhere so had to do a last minute post-mates order of water bottles.
