About RESOBOX East Village
Available 7-days a week | 24/7 We offer our East Village store for filming, seminars, private parties, corporate mixers, concerts and fund-raisers. It is also available to rent for your own weekly classes and/or workshops. The space is located on the first floor with big windows. The size is approximately 1,200 sqft with maximum occupancy of 74 people. There are chairs, tables, projector, refrigerator, freezer and free Wi-fi available to use. - The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

This space was so perfect for our event with lots of natural light to showcase the food. Takashi was such an accommodating host with the microphone and chair/table set up. Great location in East Village!

The space was cozy and friendly, and our guests had a great time. I heard from one attendee that they'd been in this venue the night before for another event, so it seems popular. I would definitely use this space again for a social event. Takashi is a great host, and was very responsive to a few logistical issues that cropped up with the space's facilities. The only negative I had for this space was because we had a few people giving tech presentations, and I probably wouldn't use this space for that again. The screen was a little small, and the audio system was a bluetooth speaker, which didn't lend itself to presenter voice amplifications. If your presenters can project their voices over the sound of the cooling, this venue will work well enough though. Despite this negative, the venue really is great for social events, and is well located and easily accessible. That's why it still gets 5 starts from me.
