Private, charming gated estate near downtown Santa Cruz that has been recently renovated. Once owned by a longtime eccentric Santa Cruz family, the property is on an acre with stunning views of downtown Santa Cruz and the Beach Boardwalk. Inside the house you will find a lovingly updated and bright 2,300 sq. feet with a huge professional kitchen and decorated with designer, mid-century charm. Lockbox code provided upon rental.
