Our beautiful business center is perfect for any meeting, presentation or workshop session and will surely impress your clients or employees! Space Features: - WiFi - Main room: large table, 8 chairs - Conference room #1: medium table, 6 swivel chairs, 50" HD TV (HDMI & USB) - Conference room #2: medium table, 6 swivel chairs, 50" HD TV (HDMI & USB) - Conference room #3: medium table, 5 swivel chairs, whiteboard - Conference room #4 & #5: round table, 4 swivel chairs (each) - Glass wall(s): feels open, audible privacy - Decorative accent lighting - Fully private space This space is located in a residential community, so please be mindful of noise. - Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Wonderful space- very versatile and bright. Perfect for shooting a kids/ child's/ grade-school brand images. Staff was extraordinary and so kind. Be prepared to have your own wifi or hotspot, we were unable to use their wifi for our shoot and work during the time of renting this space.

I would not recommend this space. We booked the space in advance for over $400, under the impression that we would have our pick of rooms (confirmed via messages with the host). Once we got there, no one at the front desk knew of our reservation and repeatedly told us that it didn't exist and that they needed more paperwork -- more than the receipt provided to us on Peerspace and our credit card charges. There was no one there to greet us, and the room was completely filled with people. It seems that Katherine didn't confirm or communicate our booking with anyone on-site. Katherine also didn't answer any of all our calls when we got to the site, and we were at a loss of what to do with our interview guest arriving at any minute, even though we'd gotten to the site 45 minutes prior to the shoot. Once we finally got the issue resolved, they said we could have one of the tiny conference rooms, and we had booked the entire space with "our choice" of rooms. There were also no instructions or signs for where to go on the website, which required the team to look for where they needed to be for 15-20 minutes. Would not book again!
