About the Space
Our business center is the perfect spot to host a business meeting. Create a comfortable setting with room to accommodate a small crowd. We also offer 5 separate conference rooms for groups to break out and work separately. Conference Room A: White board and square table, seats 8 Conference Room B: TV Projector on long oval table, seats 8 Conference Room D: Medium size Room, seats 6 Conference Room C & E: Smaller Rooms that seat 4 Wi-Fi capabilities. Breakout into the middle of the room that offers 8 additional comfortable seats. Another TV projector in the waiting area can be used to host another meeting. Conference Room connects to the Business Center that has two MAC computers and a color printer also with WiFi capabilities.

We require a COI prior to a booking Our space is proudly Smoke-Free and Pet-Free. Depending on your event, we might recommend that you provide a staff member to check in guests at the front desk of the building as they will be entering a formal lobby on the first floor. Please be respectful of the space and return it in the condition that it was delivered to you, at the time that your reservation ends. We are located inside a residential apartment home community, so please do know that you may see our wonderful residents around the space. Please be mindful of that when booking your event. Your space reservation time should include time for set up and clean up. If you're unsure how much time you will need, we recommend 1 hour before and 1 hour after your event time. For this very special space, we typically like to have the host of the event meet with our site team to walk through and ensure your needs are met. All guests are required to sign our license agreement prior to the event. Please follow Peerspace's overtime and cancellation policies. We are so happy to have you!
