THE SPACE The space is 2,377 sq. ft. offering the perfect amount of space for small to medium size teams to effectively collaborate and work. Multiple break out spaces, tables, and seating make the lounge functional for any potential offsite needs. The adjoining courtyard is not furnished for the colder months, but is still available for guests to step outside for fresh air during use. Note that the space is located within a residential apartment community, so you may see our wonderful residents around the space. Please be mindful of this when booking. AMENITIES TV, Wifi, seating, chairs, break out space, counter space. THE LOCATION Located downtown in New York’s famous Financial District. We are footsteps away from various food options and transportation methods. Walking distance from the 2, 3, 4, 5, J, Z. PARKING QuickPark directly below in building’s basement. Fees are not included in the booking rate. We recommend using public transportation or taxi/ride share services. As health and cleanliness are more top-of-mind than ever, our efforts are focused on limiting the number of event rentals during a day to allow for thorough, professional cleaning and refreshing of the space. While all efforts to provide a sanitized area will be made, we cannot be held responsible for the health of those who use the space or potentially become ill thereafter. Please use all caution to protect oneself from unwanted illness and be mindful of social distancing while in the event spaces. Due to the ever-changing nature of COVID and the impact on our communities, amenities and availability are subject to change. The space is big, and the host is very nice. There are small things that could be improved such as they don’t have trash can and there are some used dirty stuffs/opened wines in the cabinet & fridge. Overall the experience was good tho! Will book again if needed.

This space was wonderful. The staff were very responsive and helpful throughout our planning process. They allowed us to make several changes without any issues. The space itself is beautiful and very functional. We highly recommend working with this space.

Working with Katherine was very easy. She is quick to answer. The space was beautiful. Only issue I saw with it was that it got a little too hot if you have a decent amount of people of there and the only solution is to open a few windows which didn’t help much. Other than that, the space was beautifully decorated and a great space to host.
