THE SPACE The space is 2,377 sq. ft. offering the perfect amount of space for small to medium size teams to effectively collaborate and work. Multiple break out spaces, tables, and seating make the lounge functional for any potential offsite needs. The adjoining courtyard is not furnished for the colder months, but is still available for guests to step outside for fresh air during use. Note that the space is located within a residential apartment community, so you may see our wonderful residents around the space. Please be mindful of this when booking. AMENITIES TV, Wifi, seating, chairs, break out space, counter space. THE LOCATION Located downtown in New York’s famous Financial District. We are footsteps away from various food options and transportation methods. Walking distance from the 2, 3, 4, 5, J, Z. PARKING QuickPark directly below in building’s basement. Fees are not included in the booking rate. We recommend using public transportation or taxi/ride share services. As health and cleanliness are more top-of-mind than ever, our efforts are focused on limiting the number of event rentals during a day to allow for thorough, professional cleaning and refreshing of the space. While all efforts to provide a sanitized area will be made, we cannot be held responsible for the health of those who use the space or potentially become ill thereafter. Please use all caution to protect oneself from unwanted illness and be mindful of social distancing while in the event spaces. Due to the ever-changing nature of COVID and the impact on our communities, amenities and availability are subject to change. We will provide as much notice as possible and work collaboratively to resolve the changes if applicable.

Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. LOVED THIS PLACE. Management so accommodating and flexible- it was the perfect amount of interaction where I didn't feel like my event was being micromanaged was micromanaging. I wouldn't have been able to deal with tons of rules and regulations: people who get turned off by that, THIS is the place for you! Space is gorgeous. A fun atmosphere, relaxed yet impressive.
