Whether it be a photoshoot, interview or scene in your next short film, our lounge offers a unique setting and interior for your project. Interested in hosting more than a production shoot? THE SPACE The space is 2,377 sq. ft. offering the perfect amount of space for small to medium size teams to effectively collaborate and work. The lounge provides multiple backdrops due to the break out spaces and different furniture. We have commonly host filmed interviews. The adjoining courtyard is not furnished for the colder months, but is still available for use should your production require outdoor space. Note that the space is located within a residential apartment community, so you may see our wonderful residents around the space. Please be mindful of this when booking. AMENITIES Break out spaces, tables, chairs, barstools, couches, countertop and island, TV screen, storage cabinets, microwave THE LOCATION Located downtown in New York’s famous Financial District. We are footsteps away from various food options and transportation methods. Walking distance from the 2, 3, 4, 5, J, Z. PARKING QuickPark directly below in building’s basement. Fees are not included in the booking rate. We recommend using public transportation or taxi/ride share services.

- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The space is big, and the host is very nice. There are small things that could be improved such as they don’t have trash can and there are some used dirty stuffs/opened wines in the cabinet & fridge. Overall the experience was good tho! Will book again if needed.

This space was wonderful. The staff were very responsive and helpful throughout our planning process. They allowed us to make several changes without any issues. The space itself is beautiful and very functional. We highly recommend working with this space.

Working with Katherine was very easy. She is quick to answer. The space was beautiful. Only issue I saw with it was that it got a little too hot if you have a decent amount of people of there and the only solution is to open a few windows which didn’t help much. Other than that, the space was beautifully decorated and a great space to host.
