About the Space
Welcome to Casa Paloma, a stylishly appointed mid-century modern gem located 60 miles from NYC in the Hudson Valley. The layout is amazing - built around a central courtyard with a koi pond - each generously sized room flows into another and all rooms are bathed in light. Stylishly appointed with designer furnishings and art, yet very comfortable this home is a pleasure to entertain in. Built in 1960, the 4100 sq ft home is situated on a 3 acre promontory with expansive decks and pool overlooking panoramic views of the Hudson in a private setting surrounded by mature Oak and Pine trees.
General Rules
1- Must leave space as it was found.
2- No smoking inside the house.
3- Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors
4- All rentals include set up and clean up time.
5- Trash must be taken out at the end of your booking.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
