If you're looking for a large, flexible space to host a production, film, or photo shoot, have we got a space for you! At close to 1600 square feet this sun-filled lounge features a full kitchen, two oversized mid-century modern sofas, a pool table (can easily be covered and used for a serving table), and two additional seating areas. There is a television, Wi-Fi, easy access to restrooms, and business center/conference space (at additional cost). We do have outdoor space that is NOT PRIVATE - you will see our residents and staff walk through and they are able to use the space, but as long as you are comfortable sharing, open up double doors to enjoy a peaceful courtyard with a fountain, cabana, two gas BBQ grills, lounge seating and a communal table. All spaces come furnished as pictured, unless otherwise noted. Centrally located on Beale, in between Howard and Harrison, in the newly coined "East Cut" (aka Rincon Hill) in San Francisco. Our space is proudly Smoke-Free and Pet-Free. Please dispose of garbage after your event, leave the space ""broom clean"" and check in with the concierge on your way out. All bookings are inclusive of set up and break down time. For this very special space, we typically like to have the host of the event meet with our site team to walk through and ensure your needs are met. All guests are required to sign our license agreement prior to the event. Please follow Peerspace's overtime and cancellation policies. We are so happy to have you!
Kayla was a great host and the space met all the expectations! The staff was very helpful with letting catering in and out of the building. This space gave our offsite just the vibe we needed! Would use agajn!
388 Beale was a perfect venue for our gathering. It gave us plenty of indoor and outdoor space to mingle. Our group size was 35-40 in attendance so the place was more than big enough. The pool table was a great ice breaker. Kitchen fit our needs just fine. The room is on the 5th floor. The only downside we came across was that the lobby desk wasn’t manned for about 45 minutes so we had to station a member of our party at the lobby to let our guest in and direct them upstairs. I read this on another review beforehand so we were prepared when this issue arose. I would also would have liked to seen a broom or mop in the room. Other than that, everything went off without a problem. Yes, I would book this venue again!
Very large space, and coordinating with Kayla was a seamless experience. She answered all my questions in a timely manner and helped make my party a success. Definitely would recommend!

I surprised my boyfriend for his 30th birthday and this space was just absolutely perfect! Big and spacious for all our closest family and friends. Kayla and Jai were such a pleasure to work with and helped out with all of our special needs every step of the way leading up to and at the time of our event. We would definitely book again in the future!
This has become one of our "go-to" spots for new member meetings. The room is configurable in many ways. We've done classroom, small group and large circle. The kitchen and dining area make a great second area for meeting. The staff is 100% all pro, the best there is.
