THE SPACE At close to 1600 square feet this sun-filled lounge features a full kitchen, two oversized mid-century modern sofas, a pool table (can easily be covered and used for a serving table), and two additional seating areas. We do have outdoor space that is NOT PRIVATE - you will see our residents and staff walk through and they are able to use the space, but as long as you are comfortable sharing, open up double doors to enjoy a peaceful courtyard with a fountain, cabana, two gas BBQ grills, lounge seating and a communal table. All spaces come furnished as pictured, unless otherwise noted. AMENITIES Round table, seating, island, barstools, counter space, TV, Wifi, pool table, outdoor dinning area. SPECIAL OFFER Book now and receive a complimentary 30 minutes for set up/break down before AND after your booking. This free hour can be applied to bookings five hours or longer. Certain limits apply. Please message us for more information. THE LOCATION Centrally located on Beale, in between Folsom and Harrison, in the newly coined "East Cut" (aka Rincon Hill) in San Francisco. PARKING Onsite parking is not provided and not included in the booking rate. We recommend using public transportation or taxi/ride share services.
Our space is proudly Smoke-Free and Pet-Free. For this very special space, we typically like to have the host of the event meet with our site team to walk through and ensure your needs are met. All bookings are inclusive of set up and break down time, and for this reason we recommend booking an hour before and after your set event time. Furniture cannot be rearranged without prior approval from host. Please dispose of garbage, leave the space "broom clean" and check in with the concierge on your way out. All deliveries and catering need to be approved and communicated to host in advance. The Peerspace Concierge team can help coordinate any additional services you may need, contact them at [email protected] Depending on your event, we might recommend that you provide a staff member to check in guests at the front desk of the building as they will be entering a formal lobby on the first floor. We may require you to also sign our supplemental Peerspace booking agreement prior to the event and provide names of all attendees for check in. If your booking is a larger event and/or includes alcohol you may need to purchase additional event insurance and provide a COI and/or provide a refundable security deposit prior to the booking date. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. The space was perfect! Perfect for setting up and cooking/grilling food. Perfect for entertaining guests, children had plenty of games, tvs for adults, and speakers for music. Perfect seating and lounging areas. The front door staff, Jai was so helpful showing us the space and guests where to go. Street parking was easy to find for all guests. I could not have had a better experience and choice of space!

We really loved the space, and so did all of our guests. We like the fact that there were lots of places for people to talk. We were able to play our pictures on the main television. We made full use of the kitchen. Our guests especially commented on the beautiful outside common area with fire pits and hanging chairs. We were luck to work with Jai at the front desk who helped us with both the parking and deliveries. He is really nice and went the extra mile to make our event special!

The host was responsive, mainly all messaging. If I had questions I had to call and reach out but good communication and great space. They really gave the area privacy. They didn't get me an instructions however prior or to day of. I just asked and said I was here for the space and they looked confused at first but they were super friendly at the front. The party before ran a little late and didnt clean thoroughlyn because of the time but we made it work. Also, we had a surprise birthday, the only thing I was ehhh about - the doors being locked so the surprise guest couldnt come in, so we had to open the door. But other than that great.

The space is really nice. The space looks actually even better than the pictures. One down side is accessing the space is a bit complicated, since it's in a residential area. Generally speaking, it was a nice experience and the staff is easy to work with.

This was our first time booking through Peerspace. The space was exactly what we needed for our offsite retreat. Although each time I visited or emailed, a different person responded (Melody, John, Jai, Jon, Amy, Marifel). They were all very friendly, but the answers weren't always consistent. Overall, we had a great day and would consider booking again knowing the right questions to ask up front.

This meeting space was awesome. Open, airy, bright. Really great for our team offsite. There was so much room for us to walk around, have breakout meetings in. The couches and chairs were very comfortable and there was plenty of space for ~25 of us. It was great to have all the different spaces- kitchen, pool table area, outdoor patio space. The biggest plus was the staff. So friendly, accommodating, and helpful. All my questions were answered promptly. They really went out of their way to treat me and my team really well. Thank you! Would definitely book this space again. Everyone loved it.
