About Thymele Arts
Room Capacity Adjusted for Social Distancing Our space is an open 35-foot by 60-foot loft with a flexible set up, ideal for parties, events, relaxed performances, and film. It includes a coffee bar, Lounge, projector, simple P.A. System, theatrical lighting, WiFi, air conditioning, refrigerators, couches, tables, and chairs. There is a small performance area at one end of the room that can accommodate a cabaret-style performance or discussion panel. It is surrounded by large windows for ample natural light and a view of the surrounding neighborhood. You get access to the room when you book the room and you are expected to be loaded out at the end of your reservation. Any additional time will be charged overtime hours. - If you reserve the room from 8pm - 10pm, you can enter at 8pm and you must be completely out of the building by 10pm - Please plan your reservation accordingly. There is a cleaning fee that covers sweeping and mopping the floors, taking out the trash, and wiping down surfaces. You will be required to place all of your added decorations, food and drink in the nearest trash can or take them with you. I am a theater guy with over 20 years experience in Non-profit theaters and schools. Our space includes one room in a performing arts incubator space including a dance studio, rehearsal rooms, office space and an art Gallery. - Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

The space was lovely and the hosts were very helpful. It's not ideal for filming interviews due to street noise at this busy intersection, but would recommend it for other uses.

We cannot recommend this venue enough. Perfect place for my 50th birthday, we brought in a DJ and a bar and everyone loved it. THe team here were incredibly helpful

This was a wonderful space to host my husband's surprise birthday party! The team was so helpful throughout the whole event and planning leading up to it. I especially liked that they had fridges for us to use, and provided tables and chairs at no extra cost. The space also has a nice, hip vibe!

I recently hosted my birthday party at this venue and I couldn't be happier with the experience. All their staff are amazing and knowledgeable about the space, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free. They respond super fast, which was incredibly helpful during the planning stages. Additionally, they were flexible with my hours, accommodating my specific needs for the party. This flexibility, combined with their prompt communication, made the booking process easy and worry-free. Plus, the price is reasonable with everything that is included! I would highly recommend booking with Peerspace and will definitely do so again for future events!

The place was perfect to celebrate my moms 50th birthday with a 20s theme accompanied by family and friends. It had enough space for what I needed. Pam, the person in charge of helping, was wonderfully attentive at all times. My only complaint is that they didn't have the tables ready in the living room and we had to take charge of going to look for them. We were under the impression that they would already be set up. It took us longer to set up the place so just be aware of this if you’re looking to book. Overall we would recommend it.
