500 sq ft space that can accommodate multiple purposes including private meetings, workshops, trainings, and conferences. This suite is located on the second floor and has large windows that look over Telegraph Avenue in Downtown Oakland and allow for great natural light. /// ROOM INCLUDES /// • 6 rolling 5-ft tables • 10 cushioned rolling chairs-- all of which, are available. • A portable projector and screen with all HDMI cables and adapters (VGA, Thunderbolt, USB-C) ANY OUTSIDE FOOD IS WELCOME!!!! /// ADDITIONAL AMENITIES /// • 50 folding chairs • 5 6-ft folding tables • LCD projector and screen are included in each rental. - Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

We rented the space for a day-long meeting, Simon was a great host and communication was solid. The space had what we needed - whiteboard, chairs, table, WiFi. We happened to be there on a cold day so the room was a little chilly. Simon and his team helped us by getting a space heater that warmed things up.
