This light & bright conference room is available for entrepreneurs, executives, startups and business professionals to conduct offsite team meetings, workshops and trainings. The room is approximately 442 square feet. It is on the 2nd floor of the building in the property management office. The floor is shared with the employees of the management office so please be respectful of noise in the common areas. There is 1 guest restroom for use. Our space is very quiet and private, above an art gallery. We have a lot of artwork in our space from artists who have shown in the gallery. We have a guard at the front door of our building for added security. We are located 5 blocks from Powell St. Bart and within walking distance of dozens of main hotels. There is limited street parking but plenty of parking garages in the area. We are located across the street from Starbucks and a variety of restaurants. We also allow outside catering and can offer recommendations on catering companies.
* No smoking allowed. * Guests will only be able to access the reserved space up to 10 minutes prior to the event at no extra charge unless the room is reserved at that time. * Treat all furniture and office property with care. * Please leave the space as you found it. Throw away all trash and be sure to tell us immediately about any spills or damages. * Please keep all noise, music etc. to a respectful level since there are others working in the building. * Overtime will be charged at 1.5x hourly rate. *** IMPORTANT: You will be charged 1.5x the hourly rate for any early arrivals (more than 10 mins early) or late departures in 30 minute intervals.
Our experience was fantastic. Kirsten met us and made sure we had everything needed, and the conference room lives up to its description -- it is light, modern, and gorgeous! This is an idea space for a team meeting (as we did) or a smaller board meeting. We will be back!
