I was looking for a place for my Portland-based company to host an event in Seattle, and this was absolutely perfect. It can be tough booking a venue long distance and sight unseen, but Seaton was fabulous in answering all of my many questions and putting my mind at ease. We held our event last night and it was flawless. This place has absolutely everything you could need, from wine glasses to fridge space to power cords to adapter dongles. Everything. There is a freight elevator right to their office which is super convenient. The space itself is super cool and modern, fantastic views, and massive kitchen and counter space that made serving food and drinks a breeze. All the AV technology is on point. And Seaton and Candace were there for us to help with any little question or issue that came up. I can see why they are such a popular venue! I will absolutely rent this space again if we come back to Seattle for more events!" Jenny PLEASE NOTE: This is a somewhat open space - while it is located at the corner of the floor, with two bottlenecks limiting access, there are no doors to close it off but we are happy to put up barriers. You will have exclusive dedicated use of the space and adjacent large kitchen. If you have questions or concerns about privacy issues, please message us. We would love to give you a tour to make sure it is the right fit.

Jessica B. booked a work retreat for 35 people
The space met all of our needs. The open kitchen format (and easy freight elevator access from the garage) allowed for catering teams to do their magic. The layout was flexible and the tech met our zoom needs. By far the best part was the SURF Incubator staff Natalie. She made everything as good as it could be and helped reduce my stress levels of hosting my first in-person retreat in two years. I cannot say enough good things about her. The owner Seaton was also very responsive and accommodating. Thank you SURF team!
