All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
The Blue Room is the largest music room here, measuring 20x31' with deep navy walls. Dimmable hanging LED edison bulbs across the whole ceiling. It comes with a backline of music equipment (guitar amp, bass amp, drumset, PA). Equipment can also be moved out of the room to make space if so desired. This listing is for the specified room only. We are a working music and film studio meaning some rooms may be occupied by other musicians/filmmakers so please understand and be respectful of that. If you would like to have the whole space to yourself, please see our other listings.
All equipment in room must be cared for. They are not props, but actual working gear.
No food, drink, or smoking allowed in the room without prior approval.
Anything that is broken or damaged will either be paid for in full or covered by your insurance.
No drilling or attaching anything to the walls that will damage or remove paint.
Security cameras and recording devices
Check with your host if there are any surveillance cameras or recording devices in the space.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
