Our beautiful lounge is perfect for any social gathering, celebration or meeting (retreat). Flexible seating allows for casual mingling and dining. Pool use not permitted. - Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.

- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Venue is chic and lovely. Chairs a slightly worn out. Facilities in kitchenette is a great feature. Only issue is there was no soap available in the kitchen or the restroom for hand washing.

We had our son's first birthday party here. We really liked the lounge. It was classy and well appointed. But the switches to the lighting brightness and the electric sun shades are on the leasing office side. Unfortunately there was no one in the leasing office (or the number provided) to help us with the lighting and shade situation. There literally wasn't enough light in the lounge, especially after sunset, which led to less than ideal photos of the party. Also, at one point we accidentally closed the conference room door with the FOBs inside. But we couldn't get any support on this, despite several calls to the provided number and message to the host. We were very disappointed, and inconvenienced due to the zero support during the rental hours.

The Boutique Lounge was the perfect location to hold our family event. It is large, includes a kitchen and a separate room with a table. The contact person at the location was prompt and extremely responsive when I needed assistance. A great space! The Peerspace contact, Lauren, was also very responsive, helpful and easy to work with.

I celebrated my husband's 40th birthday here. The space is very clean and the decor was absolutely chic. There was enough seating for all the guests at the party. The counter was the perfect spot for the bartender to set up. The additional room with TV was just awesome for the kids enjoy some screen time while the grown ups enjoyed their drinks. Lauren was very responsive and answered all my questions clearly and patiently. Will definitely book again!

The location was fabulous - very trendy and modern. Check in and check out process were very smooth and Lauren was very responsive to all our questions. We did have residents of the building come into our party not realizing the space was being used, but left soon after the realization. Overall great experience!

Nice location for group gatherings, very clean, new and modern furniture. We liked the extra attached meeting room and little kitchen as well as the complimentary water fountains. Reaching the restrooms with a key fob and the key fob which was needed for opening the entrance door for every guest was a bit complicated. Overall very good experience.
