Cozy seating, conference room available for break out sessions, gorgeous sofas and side tables. This space is available from 10 am to 10 pm Monday through Saturday. This is a smoke free, pet free space. We look forward to hosting you! So we booked this space early. We were ready to walk away when we looked at it since their was too much furniture in the clubhouse. Tran who was the manager at the leasing complex said we can move the futniture around into the part of leasing office space since and we will have room for Decor and everything else. Turns out, Tran was on maternity leave the days leading upto the event. She forgot to mention we could move the furniture into part of the leasing office and the ones who were filling in for her or others at the leasing office had no clue about anything. Infact they were clueless about the event happening. After connecting with Lauren from peerspace and talking to leasing agents, they said they would find a solution only to tell me that they can refund me on the day of the event. Who would get refund on the day of the event after sending out invites to people, having event planners, photographers, make up artists, party entertainers, food and cake ready for thousands of dollars. We went ahead and had the event there but had the worst experience. We had requested 2 fobs since you need fob for entry, kitchen room, conference room and toilet and with guests you cannot just use one fob when there are small kids around. Throughout the party we had to find who had the fob after using the toilet or kitchen. Was a nightmare.

This space was beautiful! It almost perfect for a baby shower. It was easy for our guests to find, lots of natural lights and it felt very private. The only thing was the inconvenience of the restrooms. The closest restroom is on the other side of a door that locks when closed. We constantly had to remember to let people back in. Also, be careful of the bathroom door lock because it’s very easy to lock the door from the inside and get locked out permanently, even the key won’t open it back up. My guests were without a restroom for about 30 min and it was a bit troubling, especially for the mom-to-be. Other than that, Lauren was incredibly helpful during the booking process. Would absolutely book again!

Lauren was such a terrific virtual host. Alexis was also a wonderful in person host for this beautiful space in Mountain View. We had a team offsite here for approximately 20 people and would gladly host another event here in the future. The venue was clean, had serving utensils, was spacious, had a strong AC to keep us all cool and refreshed. We enjoyed eating food/drinks as well as playing games like Monopoly and Jenga. Parking was easy to find and accessible. There was a gender neutral bathroom and it was well stocked and clean. I'd recommend this venue to those looking to host a fun team offsite or event. My team loved it so much they want me to plan another event here again! Thanks Lauren and Alexis for your excellent customer service and quick communication to all my questions.

Overall the space worked for our 8 person working offsite- the pictures are accurate with the amenities, etc. We had a few hiccups in the morning of our on-site contact having his phone off so no one met me at 8:30AM to open up the doors. I luckily ran into a maintenance staff person who called his manager to give me access until the other on-site person arrived around 9:30AM. The fob key access was a bit confusing between being given 2 different keys with different access- we'd get separated in the hall to go to the bathroom/unable to open certain doors to go between the parking garage and event space. We eventually had the access fixed/ adding door stoppers but it delayed our start more after getting into the building already 35+ minutes late. If you book during their normal office hours I would think this issues wouldn't come up though. Our team used the main soft seating area instead of the conference room for a more casual setting which worked out great.

The space was amazing! So much light. The tall ceilings give the space a feeling of grandeur. On the day of the event, Yousef was very helpful in getting us into the building and making sure things were going ok. I highly recommend the location.

Lauren was a fantastic contact: she was very quick to reply, super detailed and very helpful. The space was an absolute dream, our onsite contact was amazing to work with and made the Bridal Shower we were throwing perfect. The pictures didn’t do the space justice and it even had the perfect ambient music.
