We have a long driveway that can fit 3-4 cars but nothing wider than a Sprinter van Street parking is totally free without limitations and is generally always available. For bigger crews, there is a church down the street that rents out their parking lot.

There is ample natural light in all rooms. Light is dimmest during the middle of the day when the sun is overhead. Its brightest in the morning in the living room and in the kitchen and breakfast nook in the afternoon/evening. All windows are accessible from the outside to either black out or add light through.

Our street is pretty quiet so traffic noise isn't an issue. It's a very residential neighborhood and the most obvious noise is from the occasional yard work.

Stairs, Ground Floor

We are on the ground floor but there are a couple steps up from the front yard onto the porch and another couple into the house. A ramp can be added to made it more ADA compliant.

3 bedrooms can be used

We have updated electrical throughout the house and the back yard. The circuit breaker is on the side of the house just near the driveway gate. Outlets are spaced throughout the house with at least two in each room, dining living room and kitchen have many more.
