DON'T BE BASHFUL Clients are encouraged to contact us anytime with questions and for support planning their event - we're excited to help! PETS Our space is dog friendly. However, for insurance purposes we require advance notice if anyone attending would like to bring a dog. (If you have a more exotic pet that you would like to bring in, please contact us to discuss) SUPPLIES We provide: Trash bags, toilet paper, hand towels, hand soap and paper towels. If you would like to rent our plates or glassware, please inquire about rental rates. FURNITURE Clients are required to obtain prior permission to move furniture before/during events. Please inquire about our list of items that either cannot be moved or require additional fees. SPACE ACCESS We assign staff to support booking for the exact time you have booked our space. If you anticipate needing access earlier or later than the contracted time, please let us know with as much advance notice as possible so that we can arrange to extend your booking and line up staff. BUILDING PATIO DECK The patio deck in front of our front door on the 3rd floor (not pictured in our photos) is shared by us and our neighboring businesses for entrance, but is not part of the rental property CATERING Clients are welcome to bring in their food and beverage of their choice. However, if a vendor plans to bring in outside equipment (for example: taco cart, bar, etc.) we require guests to let us know in advance as additional fees and corresponding insurance apply. Please see our add-ons to rent cooking privileges on premise. SMOKING Smoking in not permitted in our space but there is an area on the property designated for smoking. DECORATIONS We love a festive environment - step and repeats, balloon arches, etc. work great in the space. However any materials that may damage the space are not permitted. If you have questions about where/how to decorate, please don’t hesitate to ask! Note the following items are not permitted: combustible devices, candles (except cake candles), fireworks, sparklers, etc. AMPLIFIED AUDIO We have a robust Sonos system that is included free in the rental, allows clients to play any music streaming service via their phone, and manage volume for speakers on all three floors. We also have floor speakers and wireless mics for rent (see Add-Ons). Use of outside amplifiers/audio equipment and/or DJ equipment is not permitted. KITCHEN USAGE Clients are welcome to use the kitchen to serve and reheat pre-made food in our oven. However, if you would like to prep or cook any food on-site, cook in oven from scratch, use stove burners etc. please let us know in advance as an additional fee of $100 will apply. TRASH Guests are required to bring all trash, decoration, empty boxes, etc. generated by their event to the parking lot dumpsters. Everything brought into the space must be removed from the space by the end time of the event. CLEANING Please note the venue holds the right to increase the cleaning fee based on group size and scope of the rental. Also note cleaning fee is the listed amount times the number of days rented. Should Peerspace's point-of-sale not account for this in a multi-day rental, it is still owed, and will be collected via revised offer, or update request. CONDUCT We reserve the right to immediately terminate an event with no refund if: A guest becomes sick and/or passes out due to over-consumption; a guest becomes verbally or physically abusive to venue staff or other guests; guest behavior results in damages to the venue or venue furnishings; repeated violation of our no smoking policy; the event use on premise is different from the agreed use on Peerspace. GAMES AND ACTIVITIES Drinking games such as beer pong, flip cup, etc. may only be played with express prior consent of our management. Please inquire if your event may involve games focused on drinking. BEVERAGES Custom drink set-ups, (ice luges, champagne fountains etc), require advanced approval as additional fees may apply. ATTENDEES # of attendees is the total number of people who enter the space during your event, including renter(s), planners, vendors (caterers, etc.), guests (including children), etc. regardless the amount of time spent SECURITY DEPOSIT & HOST FEE Please be prepared to provide a deposit to cover the refundable security deposit and variable host fee. Security deposits begin at $300, but may increase based on size/scope of the event.
