Description of Garden, Patios and Furniture: First patio is large and open to the studio. Easily seats 4 round tables and 20 guests Second patio is hidden and more private and cozy. We have an eight piece conversation set - all clean new furniture surrounded by golden bamboo and whimsical fountain We offer two large round glass tables. One table has four matching chairs that swivel and rock. The other table easily sits 4-6 and we use folding chairs. We have one large banquet table, 1 small banquet tables and 15 folding chairs for you to enjoy. Outdoor garden is approximately 5500 sq ft - very large open space Stunning evergreen and orange, lemon trees and succulent wall Guest begin their experience by entering through the long succulent wall walkway. Multi purpose walkway: We have also utilized this space for face painting and goody bags... and also a bar with tall cocktail tables. Also great to have a red carpet and professional lighting. Description of Indoor Studio: The attached studio is ideal for being indoors yet still open to the garden. Work Desk remains in studio - but there is still plenty of open space for photo wall and seating/ milling about the space. Also perfect creative studio for photography/ videography, adult or children crafts, professional meetings or simply working in a beautiful, peaceful and calm environment. We offer a large spacious outdoor garden and two private patios. Wifi Heat and Air Conditioning Large removable sun shades Clean, comfortable and spacious bathroom with changing table for babies. We had a great time celebrating my husband’s 40th birthday in this private outdoor space! It immediately felt like home, from the comfortable seating and ample amount of tables to the croquet and badminton sets out back. Everything was clean (including the cute bathroom!) and felt very safe; we had about 8 adults and two small children, and there was more than enough room for us to remain as distanced as we felt comfortable. We brought in our own decorations, food, and drink, and it was so easy to set up and make the space our own. Thanks the amazing hosts and beautiful space, this surprise birthday went off without a hitch!

I had a small birthday party with 7 people and puppies from Pups and Reps. It worked out beautifully. Andrea is a great host--very welcoming and her space is stocked with all the things you didn't know you needed. The yard and studio were just like the photos. It was peaceful and quiet with a variety of seating and shaded areas for guests. There is also plenty of street parking. Highly recommended!

This was truly such a wonderful experience! I hosted a comedy and music show in the backyard. Andrea was so kind and helpful and listened to everything I needed for set up. Also, the space is really flexible and you can move around pieces/use many different aspects of the garden. It has a lot of amenities like ~20 chairs, power supply, tables, string lights etc. The lighting and aesthetics here are incredible. I'm so happy I used this spot for my show, I will definitely consider re-booking.

Andrea was a wonderful host! I held my daughter’s 3rd Birthday Party in her back yard and art studio. She was prompt with responses, clear about what was needed and provided, and genuinely happy to have us there. The yard was well depicted in the peerspace pictures and worked well for our 30 person event. This was perfect for an intimate event and an enjoyable interaction with the host.
