About the Space
Our beautiful lounge is perfect for any social gathering, celebration or meeting (retreat). Flexible seating allows for casual mingling and dining. A shuffleboard will surely entertain the crowd! You may use the outdoor patio, however, it is not exclusive to reservations. Lauren was a pleasure to work with, and the space met all of our needs and expectations. The fireplace didn't work and the floor was sticky, but otherwise the room was exactly what we needed. Thanks for a great experience!

This space was fantastic! There was enough space for our party of 30 and the amenities were the best! Appreciate the quick response and stellar customer service! Book the venue for your next event. Be aware parking is the only downfall!

Loved this space! Hosted my husband’s 40th birthday party here. We had about 30 guests, including children and there was plenty of room for people to mingle. Loved that the outdoor area was open as well as the kids were able to play outside also. We brought in our own drinks and catering (party trays from Sam Choy’s and pizza from Pagliacci, both just a 5 minute drive up the street). A few friends were a little lost at first but as long as you tell them to take a right pass the leasing office and pass the gym, they should find it (I recommend putting a sign or post balloons as a marker). While street parking looked busy, everyone was able to find a spot in walking distance. Our friends have never heard of Peerspace and they were all very impressed at this style of space renting! The only hiccup we had was that we forgot to bring a wine opener (thankfully we hand one of guests pick one up on our way). Be mindful of things you need to bring - while the kitchen is fully functional, it does not come equipped with anything like a knife to cut a cake, a lighter to light candles, a wine opener, hand soap, paper towels, etc. Overall, good experience!

My mom arrived first and it sounds like she encountered some of the staff and they were very nice. All correspondence through peerspace and the contract sent via email were very easy and informative. The only con is that my mom said it was a bit messy when she arrived. The tables/counters had to be wiped down. I didn't know PeerSpace was a thing before looking for a baby shower spot so I will definitely be recommending this spot and PeerSpace in general to friends in the future!

Space was great, very clean, comfortable, open. Will definitely be looking at booking this space again in the future. Only piece of feedback would be to have a Recyling bin available.

Lauren is an excellent host, quick to respond, and answered all my questions every time. The apartment complex allowed for me to come and view the lounge before the event. This space was perfect for a bridal shower. It is super open, plenty of seating, and the counter space allowed for setup of all the food and drinks. I brought in a few decorations here and there, as well. We were able to plug in our computer to the tv to show pictures and brought in a speaker to play our music. I would highly recommend this space for most any event. The only complaint is it was difficult for some of my guests to find parking along the street nearby. Some of them had to park blocks away from the complex. Street parking is free though.

We used the conference room as a setup for kids to hang out and color with the huge bean bags. It was a gorgeous sunny May day so we had the doors open for a nice breeze and the kids enjoyed running around. The kitchen island was a great for food, drinks and dessert. Enjoyed the long dining table and lounge seating was perfect for opening gifts. On-site team was stellar and very responsive. Working with Peerspace to book was a breeze and we'll definitely use them again for another event.
