We’re pretty chill & laid back, however, there are just a few rules & things you need to be aware of in order to keep the good vibes alive. • All booking start and end times are inclusive of setup and tear down time. • You are responsible for all of your trash removal. • There is street parking available. We also suggest using SpotHero. • Equipment, furniture rental, furniture removal and catering services rates are determined based on your party's needs. Ask us for whatever you need and we will make it happen. • Our space is a non-smoking unit, you are welcome to smoke outside. There will be a $500 fine for smoking in the unit. • For damage - We understand accidents happen, but we do require that all guests inform us if anything is damaged during their use. You will be charged by Peerspace with the credit card you have on file for all damages. • Please respect your neighbors with any late night noise. • Please let me know if you have any other questions, concerns, or needs!
The space is absolutely beautiful. Perfect for Instagramable moments. Doesn’t need much decoration at all!!! The exposed brick is a great touch! Do note there are plenty of stairs so if your guests are unable to do stairs you may need to accomodate for that. Scheduling a walkthrough was pretty hard and I ended up not being able to. If you must have a walk though schedule way in advance.
The host was extremely responsive and welcoming! The space looked exactly, or even better than the pictures! I.T was sooooo clean and very spacious!!!! I had my clients brand photoshoot a this space.
This is a great space. I rented it for it’s tropical theme, for a Swimwear photoshoot, and it didn’t disappoint. We had a minor hiccup with the access code, but Liz and her people were nice enough to comp us the extra time, to make up for it. The only difficult thing, was all the stairs , and carrying up heavy photographic equipment. Once I caught my breath though, we were able to settle into the space, and have a great shoot.
