This space is proudly smoke free and pet free. Depending on the event, we may recommend that guests have at least one staff member present to check in your guests, and direct them to the space. The space is located inside a residential apartment home community, so please do know that you may see our wonderful residents around the space. Please be mindful of that when booking your event. Your space reservation time should include time for set up and clean up. If you're unsure how much time you will need, we recommend 1 hour before and 1 hour after your event time. Please return the space in the condition that it was delivered to you, at the time that your reservation ends. Prior to confirming a booking we will have you sign a license agreement and provide Certificate of Insurance for your vendors, & Special Event Insurance as necessary. We will all gleefully adhere to PeerSpace's cancellation policies. We are looking forward to hosting you! -Kevin

Space is more than fine for small groups, though having a whiteboard would make it perfect...that said, at the most excellent rate it is an excellent value... Staff is FANTASTIC however, to be clear.
