The conversational seating area is surrounded by a series of television screens and a coffee bar. Also, a gourmet demonstration kitchen is available to help facilitate great conversation, brainstorming, or a very special chef's tasting. This space is perfect for photo shoots, film shoots, interviews, and productions. The space is semi-private because we have a gym in the back of the lounge and residents will still have access to the gym through the lounge during events. Included in your hourly rate: - Use of the entire semi-private clubhouse - Use of the private conference room for break-out space. Hourly Rate is dependent on Party Size. - 1-25 people: $150 - 26-55 people: $250 *This space is also great for corporate events, film shoots, meetings, parties, photo shoots, retreats, workshops, dinners, fitness classes, networking, performances, pop-ups, and weddings. We are a smoke free and pet free space, and very much look forward to hosting you! - Arnold
This space is proudly smoke free and pet free. Depending on the event, we may recommend that guests have at least one staff member present to check in your guests, and direct them to the space. The space is located inside a residential apartment home community, so please do know that you may see our wonderful residents around the space. Please be mindful of that when booking your event. Your space reservation time should include time for set up and clean up. If you're unsure how much time you will need, we recommend 1 hour before and 1 hour after your event time. Please return the space in the condition that it was delivered to you, at the time that your reservation ends. Prior to confirming a booking we will have you sign a license agreement and provide Certificate of Insurance for your vendors, & Special Event Insurance as necessary. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Beautiful room with large full kitchen. We hosted 20 people for dinner and everyone was really comfortable and had a great time. Wonderful concierge that checked in on us and helped us immensely.

The event space was really nice. Perfect size for our gathering and just the right setting. I was glad to find this space and happy it was available to rent. There were a few issues that made the gathering not so great, but we handled it. First of all I rented the space because of the kitchen. The kitchen served as the central gathering location like at all parties. I was extremely disappointed that the lighting was poor. The lights over the stove island did not work. I called onsite maintenance and they were of no assistance. It wasn’t their fault as this should have been operable prior to us entering the space. The switch was broken. Kitchen lights too dim. If there is a control for the kitchen lights, onsite people did not know about it. We asked and it was agreed that we would have (25) folding chairs for our event. Not there when I arrived. Had to ask for it. Highboy cocktail tables also were missing per previous arrangement with the host. Had to ask for it. There was supposed to be posted signage for our event. I had to ask for it. We emailed a flyer prior to the event (one week before). Parking was extremely limited. (Not Chrystle's fault). No signage in the parking garage on how to enter the clubhouse. Front door was locked down. No signage on getting the concierge attention. The keypad does not provide adequate instructions for the average person who is a non-resident. We had to man the doors to help my guests enter the space. I got what I needed even though I had a long list of issues noted above. I would rent again BUT, I now know what to look for and would request a prior walk through with the host the week before and again the night before. The reason I would rent again is because of the setting. Hope this helps Chrystle and for your future guests.
