About the Space
Our beautiful clubhouse is perfect for any social gathering, celebration or meeting (retreat). Flexible seating allows for casual mingling and dining. A kitchen makes this space ideal for small cooking demonstrations and catering! Space Features: - WiFi - Casual seating arrangements: couches, club chairs, tables - Kitchen: refrigerator, oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, sink, large island - 60" HD TV: HDMI & USB connections to plug in and display - Fireplace - Countertop area(s) for snacks or catering - Decorative accent lighting - Semi-private space This space is located in a residential community, so please be mindful of noise. - Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

This was a perfect space for a first birthday! Take a picture of the furniture before hand and move the coffee tables around and there's so much space to play! We brought a playmat for play and a table cover to let the little ones eat off. Plenty of space for my son's dojabi and for all of the adults to congregate comfortably. Would recommend this location!

I requested to move the booking time up by 30 minutes, and the host modified the booking. However, the venue wasn’t notified of the time change by the host and didn’t give me the keys for 30 minutes. We didn’t end up with enough time to set up for the party, so the guests walked in while we were still setting up. What a nightmare. Also, there’s no wifi in the parking lot. A couple of us paid for parking as soon as we had wifi after coming up from the parking lot but got ticketed right away. The venue itself was great.

We celebrated our son’s first birthday, and the space was fabulous. They have a spacious living room where our children played. Big kitchen and tables with chairs to accommodate our guests. Josh was helpful and responsive. Thank you so much! We had a great time.

This booking has misleading/conflicting information and a variety of issues with little resolution from our host. First, after we booked the venue, we were told that the wifi was limited, and upon testing, we found the wifi would barely be able to support email functionality. Second, we had to call the onsite team to understand that the semi-private space we booked wasn't ideal for onsite meetings since a lot of residents walk through the space to access the gym, etc. Third, in terms of amenities, there are pictures showcasing the coffee and tea provided on the listing however it was only after further inquiry that we found out those amenities were not provided. Finally, we want to note how incredibly difficult it was to get in touch with our host. His curt and apathetic responses to our concerns were frustrating, to say the least. After multiple calls, a voicemail, contacts to the building, and follow-ups on our concerns there was no attempt at resolution or accommodation. We would not recommend this space in any capacity.
