The space and staff were excellent. I would not recommend this location because of the parking garage. Most of the guests received a penalty from diamond parking. I used the app and I believed that I had completed the transaction and I received a penalty. Several guests thought the parking was a scam.

We used this place for my baby shower and got lots of compliments from our guests of how nice and cozy it was. The space was great with plenty of chairs for casual lounging/ gathering. Perfect for our event! The only difficulty we encountered is that we had to keep picking up our guests at the entrance coz they can’t enter the building without the fob key which is not so much of a big deal for safety purposes. Also the address and parking is a little confusing for the guests because they have two buildings. Ashton & Ten20. Most of our guests went to the Ashton building to park and can’t locate the Ten20 lounge. Other than that, our event turned out successful and the Peerspace hosts were always contactable and very helpful whenever you have questions. We definitely recommend this place!

Beautiful space for Baby Shower. Plenty of lounging room for everyone including room for kids to have some space. Fabulous kitchen. We were able to prep food with ease. Nice that we were able to Move tables around to create buffet against window. Host at venue, Mark, was exceptionally helpful and i thank him profusely. The Ten20 gym is within view of the event space and apartment tenants need to walk thru your space to get to gym. I solved this by purchasing few folding screens. As with other reviews, the parking is awful, and very difficult for guests to navigate from garage to our room. I give that a one star for parking. I also suggest meeting with them few days before event to get clear directions for guests. On the whole i would probably not book again because of parking issues. But space is amazing.

It is interesting the system wants a review and the hosts completed one when we didn’t use the space and am supposed to be given a full refund. Reviews indicated the space has really nice and helpful women at the front and that the front desk agreed to advertise for their event. The company that rents the space is in Denver - uncertain of their affiliation with the space. The space itself looks great. We rented it for a public retail pop up event. We visited the space and were told to bring 20 flyers. Upon arrival we were told by the somewhat unhelpful militant style guy at the desk that he would only put up one and it was in an obscure location. We learned a week ahead when we stopped by there was a leak and plastic sheets were hanging down from ceiling and the adjoining conference room we planned to use for storage was not included even though we rented the larger of two spaces. Those two things important points to communicate to tenant. There were also new additional rules put on parking as well. The space looks good (didn’t mind it was common space and probably a great location for a somewhat private party. It is definitely not a location for a public event.
