Spacious modern photography studio with easy access to freeways and other shopping areas in Tracy CA. Located in a busy shopping plaza with family-friendly stores and many food service options. The studio is 900 sq, which includes a reception, guest lounge, open studio space, bathroom and mini kitchen. We provide tables (8 ft or 6 ft) and chairs for meetings if required. Our studio can accomodate presentations that require projection screen, projector and audio. Our staff is friendly and casual, ready to assist with your event.
Catering and drinks are welcome but must be coordinated by the client. We do not provide plates, cups, table cloth or any other food service items. So please plan ahead. Children and pets are welcome, but limited to 10 children, and up to 4 pets (due to our sq footage). Children must be supervised at all times. All activities can not include water, confetti, fireworks, sticky substances, adult x-rated or illegal as determined by the State of California. No smoking is permitted inside. Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors if required by the City of Tracy. All rentals include setup and teardown time. Please inquire for details about staffing. Furniture can only be moved by the host upon request. If props and backdrops are required please request in advance. We will make them available and store them at the end of the event. Trash should be placed in the bins and the host will take care of the rest. Host will meet you the day of event to grant access to the space. Depending on the day and time, business will continue. If you need the space to be private, please inform us at the time of booking. There is an additional $50.00 fee for "Private Events". Host is responsible for locking up the space after event has concluded, no keys will be made available for guest.
