The studio faces south. The store front is all glass. The entry way is lite with mostly natural light. We have blackout curtains at the front and midway through the space to allow for maximum privacy and limit natural light when necessary.

There is no soundproofing within the studio. The ceiling tiles help with Eco but the surrounding businesses can still be heard. We don't have any equipment that produces extra noise, but ambient sound can be heard from our surrounding businesses.

Ground Floor

We are located in a strip mall. There is only sidewalks surrounding our building. We have a loading area in the back on the building if needed. there is nothing obstructing the access to the back door. However, you are able to load and unload through the front door as well.

We have commercial grade power supplies including a 220v access. The power outlets are accessible and convenient within the space. The circuit breaker is located by the back door.

Catering and drinks are welcome but must be coordinated by the client. We do not provide plates, cups, table cloth or any other food service items. So please plan ahead. Children and pets are welcome, but limited to 10 children, and up to 4 pets (due to our sq footage). Children must be supervised at all times. All activities can not include water, confetti, fireworks, sticky substances, adult x-rated or illegal as determined by the State of California. No smoking is permitted inside. Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors if required by the City of Tracy. All rentals include setup and teardown time. Please inquire for details about staffing. Furniture can only be moved by the host upon request. If props and backdrops are required please request in advance. We will make them available and store them at the end of the event. Trash should be placed in the bins and the host will take care of the rest. Host will meet you the day of event to grant access to the space. Depending on the day and time, business will continue. If you need the space to be private, please inform us at the time of booking. There is an additional $50.00 fee for "Private Events". Host is responsible for locking up the space after event has concluded, no keys will be made available for guest.

We have an electric backdrop system that can not be removed. Other pieces of furniture are movable, removable and relocated. Wall decor can also be removed.
