Our theater room has ranch-style windows to let the light pour in, and expansive seating options, making it a perfect place for presentations and meetings. Comfortable for 16-20 seated, we encourage you to enjoy a lunch break in one of the many restaurants downstairs in the retail space below, or reserve our club room (additional fee) to have catering brought in. There is also a built in mini refrigerator in the cabinets that can be used to keep any small snacks and beverages chilled. There is a conference room that may be reserved for an additional fee if you'd like a break out space. This space is located inside of a residential apartment home community and you'll enjoy custom Chihuly glass sculptures in the lobby, as well as an upscale and homey feel. This space is proudly smoke free. Depending on the event, we may recommend that guests have at least one staff member present to check in your guests, and direct them to the space. The space is located inside a residential apartment home community, so please do know that you may see our wonderful residents around the space. Please be mindful of that when booking your event. Your space reservation time should include time for set up and clean up. If you're unsure how much time you will need, we recommend 1 hour before and 1 hour after your event time. Please return the space in the condition that it was delivered to you, at the time that your reservation ends. Prior to confirming a booking we will have you sign a license agreement and provide Certificate of Insurance for your vendors, & Special Event Insurance as necessary. We will all gleefully adhere to PeerSpace's cancellation policies. We are looking forward to hosting you!
The Large Theater room itself was the perfect space for our team and our event! However, finding this space was a process! I was not instructed or warned prior to arriving how difficult it'd be to find the space. There are 3 apartment buildings all named the same so it's hard to identify which one is which. From the parking structure there is no clear signage on how to get up to the floor where the space is located (there's about 4-5 different elevators to enter from.) I called the office multiple times for directions and they couldn't even clearly direct me. Arnold happened to be off the day of our event and none of the other staff members present were well informed of our event (e.g. they didn't know which room we were in, weren't much help with AV or setup.) We pretty much figured it out on our own once we found the room. The space is also located on the same floor as the communal area for all residents of the building so there was a lot of noise happening outside of our room (e.g. kids running around.) In the end, the space itself is great but getting to the space was a nightmare. I suggest clearer direction be given to customers booking this space so that the same doesn't happen in the future.
Really great space! Very versatile for meeting needs (furniture moves easily) and creates a warm, comfortable unconventional meeting space! The staff was over the top great in meeting our needs and answer questions!
