Looking for a place to get away? Our lovely clubhouse is in beautiful Everett and is perfect for your next event, celebration, or gathering. This particular listing includes access to our indoor clubhouse, which offers a cozy fireplace and several individual seating areas with two sofas, six club chairs, a small dining table, and kitchenette. If you'd like to enjoy our pool and spa as well, the total charge is $195/hour for off-site/production, and $225/hour for event. A lifeguard is required if the pool is included. Need more space still? Our Business Center is available for an additional $25/hour with this space. So many options...we truly want you to have the best experience possible. The clubhouse is connected to our management office and can be made available during business hours with light foot traffic. Should you request a fully private space please call for additional details. What a fantastic space! We hosted a baby shower here for approximately 20 people. There was plenty of seating for everyone and it’s a clean, well kept space. The front office did a great job communicating leading up to the event so there were no surprises. Everything ran smoothly! Would highly recommend this venue for groups looking for a more intimate setting for their events.

It is a very attractive and comfortable space with a PNW lodge vibe. Plenty of sitting areas for group conversations.The staff was very accommodating. There is an adjacent outdoor fire pit for 10 people to gather. Also, the pool is adjacent so conceivably you could do a pool party. The mini fringe will fit 3 Costco prawn platters. There is a Keurig, so you can serve coffee by the cup. The dining table will seat 8. The apartment complex indoor basketball court was located through a hall. They have a large TV for playing music or a slide show (or watching a game.) I was very pleased with the venue and the staff.
