Beautifully updated large 3200 sqft house with a beautiful back yard with a pool. Great house for film/ photo shoots, parties etc. great open floor plan, 5 bedrooms & 3 full bathroom. There is a 70" Chrome TV in family room another Bedroom with a privet entrance with 60" smart TV 3 Apple TV's Other Bedrooms have TV's as well Spectrum TV & WIFI Security cameras inside of house Beautiful back yard with grass lemon trees, pool & jacuzzi. Lots of street parking. close to the metro & orange line.
This is a no smoking house. You can smoke in the backyard. No pets allowed. You may bring you own food & alcohol. All rentals include set up & clean up times, otherwise overtime will be charged Furniture/ wall Art can be moved around but needs to be returned to place
