Relax with family and friends in our stylish Outdoor Terrace. Enjoy the view while you sink into comfy lounge chairs, cozy up to the fireplace, cook up your favorite dish on an outdoor grill, or soak in the hot tub after a long day. The space has four 4-top tables with umbrellas, and six club style outdoor seats. For a standing mixer, 50 guests would be the maximum we would recommend. With available seating around 20 would work and, of course, you're welcome to bring your own if you need. Need more space? Expand into our indoor clubhouse on the first floor, reserve our screening room or conference room for additional fees. We look forward to hosting you! -Lindsay
This space is proudly smoke free and pet free. Depending on the event, we may recommend that guests have at least one staff member present to check in your guests, and direct them to the space. The space is located inside a residential apartment home community, so please do know that you may see our wonderful residents around the space. Please be mindful of that when booking your event. Your space reservation time should include time for set up and clean up. If you're unsure how much time you will need, we recommend 1 hour before and 1 hour after your event time. Please return the space in the condition that it was delivered to you, at the time that your reservation ends. Prior to confirming a booking we will have you sign a license agreement and provide Certificate of Insurance for your vendors, & Special Event Insurance as necessary. We will all gleefully adhere to PeerSpace's cancellation policies. We are looking forward to hosting you! -Lindsay
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
