In the sleekly designed clubhouse, you’ll find a fully-equipped chef’s kitchen for you or a caterer. Host a dinner party with friends, relax with a glass of wine, hold a laid back off site meeting or brainstorming session. This space is open to our main lobby, so is semi-private. It does include the use of a conference room seating six, which can be closed off. We look forward to hosting! As health and cleanliness are more top-of-mind than ever, our efforts are focused on limiting the number of event rentals during a day to allow for thorough, professional cleaning and refreshing of the space. While all efforts to provide a sanitized area will be made, we cannot be held responsible for the health of those who use the space or potentially become ill thereafter. Please use all caution to protect oneself from unwanted illness and be mindful of social distancing while in the event spaces. Due to the ever-changing nature of COVID and the impact on our communities, amenities and availability are subject to change. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Great job! The host allowed us to come and see the space before our event and was very friendly and helpful on the day of our event. The space was exactly as we expected and worked great for our event. It was clean and had plenty of space for our guests. We hosted our daughter's first birthday party here. The event went off without a hitch. Our guests were able to find parking on a Saturday. We were able to decorate the space as we needed. Would book here again for another event in the future. We had a very good smooth experience right from booking up until the end of the event. My husband and I booked this place to celebrate our daughter's 1st birthday, and were looking for something cozy and warm with our close friends. The kitchen has everything you need to host a party. Michelle helped us from the beginning and made sure all our needs are accommodated. We booked the place from 3:30-8:30pm, but Michelle gave us this lee-way of extra time til 10:00pm, though we had wrapped up by the original time. Very nice gesture from her. If you want to make it more private though, you can get a room divider/screener. We did that and it helped. All our guests were happy, kids had a gala time. A perfect nice evening! Thank you guys

This space worked out really well for our needs. We had a photo shoot at this space. Load in and load out is very easy and the public spaces were not busy during our shoot. Michelle and Lindsay, the contacts for the space, were extremely helpful with lining everything up and answering questions. All worked out great. Thank you, Jenn
