Jen's loft space was the perfect place for our party! It was intimate and cozy, and everyone felt very comfortable there. Jen set up a great DIY cocktail bar and a wonderful spread of meat, cheese, and snacks for everyone to enjoy. The birthday girl was very happy, and very surprised! Plus, this loft is in a prime location in the middle of the Seattle nightlife scene. If you've got a small group and need a casual place for a get together, this is it!
Jen's loft is really unique and such a cool spot to host your event. She is very friendly and accomodating. The location in the market is worth checking out. There are many awesome businesses sharing the space below. Would 100% recommend
We booked this space as an overflow area for our wedding down in Melrose Market Studios. I feel that this is a MUST. We worked with Jen, who is absolutely wonderful and so involved, attentive, happy to help and responsive. Jen is the owner of the shop and makes all the goodies there. She's simply a gem and The Market should be happy to have her. Jen worked with Rain Shadow Meats to get us a meat and cheese spread for our hungry wedding party. This was also amazing bc at one point I became a very hangry bride and a few groomsmen ran upstairs too the loft, made me a plate and ran it down to me during our photos. The bridal party had a place to hang and relax while we shot family photos as well and we also signed our wedding license in the space! Overall booking with Jen was an amazing experience. I would truly recommend that any person conducting their wedding at MMS consider booking this space as well. I hope to work with Jen in the future!
Fantastic little space! We were thrilled to find a space like that with bookshelves and a fireplace and just perfect furniture for our small film shoot. Jen was super helpful and nice, and good at communicating with us. An all around great experience for my film crew and cast.
Booked this space for a photo shoot in the early afternoon. This space got a ton of great light through the two large windows with plenty of access to outlets to plug in our lighting. Our host was present and super helpful to get us started. This space is located in a balcony above a busy market, but being on the second floor made it feel private enough to get our job done. And the staff of the downstairs businesses were very polite and accomodating. This is a great alternative to the more typical white-wall studios with rich wood and brick backgrounds. Would definitely book again. Thank you!
