Just 3 blocks from the Washington State Convention Center and next door to the immersive Starbucks Reserve Roastery, the Greenfire Loft sits perched up inside Melrose Market where library and dark wood surroundings make for a comfortable and intimate environment. It is also said our space has worked well for photo shoots and filming for documentaries, music videos, as well as other video production. Depending on your style of event, there are some things we can supply (table, chairs, etc). We prefer to work one-on-one with you to do what it takes to make everything happen. Please note this is a loft space inside an open air market next to downtown Seattle. Expect vibrant bustling sound ambiance from the businesses down below. This is a private loft space, overlooking Melrose Market. No one else will be entering into the space during your booking, unless you request otherwise. We put a "STORE CLOSED" sign down below so people know not to enter into the loft. Food and Drink I have several different catering packages to offer; please message me with your inquiries and I can give you the menu (and pricing), which will definitely save money from hiring outside caterers and delivery fees. There are also many catering options provided inside Melrose Market. I can work with management of the restaurant(s) of your choice (Sitka & Spruce, Marseilles Bottle Shop and Vegan Lunchery, Rain Shadow Meats, Homegrown Sandwiches, Taylor Shellfish, Terra Plata, Mamnoon) to make your food and beverage visions come true. Outside catering welcome, however options are limited due to no kitchen access. Equipment and Props In the space there are several props you have access to throughout the duration of your booking, including our electronic concealment lift system. Please take a look at the photos to get a better idea of the items at your finger tips: Brass hourglass, classic vintage table top games and puzzles, hollowed out 'SneakyBooks' (with hidden flasks, lollipops, money, notebooks, squirt guns, stash & jewelry boxes), globe bar caddy, high back leather chairs, vintage card table, tea blending lab (extra charge for tea), electric tea kettle, portable bluetooth speaker, 6' wooden farm table, Moroccan leather butterfly chair, tripod laptop desk, 3-panel dual hinged pegboard display screen/room divider with pegs, NSFW Fortune Cookie vending machine, SFW Fortune Cookie vending machine, leather bound law reference books (over 100 years old), interchangeable signs (for 8.5"x11" and 11"x17" posters). Experimental Store This is an experimental retail space, however we take reservations for special events. Although we have normal operating business hours, much of that is negotiable. This is a private loft space, overlooking Melrose Market businesses down below. No one else will be entering into the space during your booking, unless you request otherwise. We put a "STORE CLOSED" sign down below so people know not to enter into the loft. Charity Events and Non-Profit Booking Requests If the purpose of your event is going toward a cause for the greater good, please message us and we can discuss special rates for your organization. Cheers! ~Jen

Joshua O. booked a meeting for 6 people
This was a very cute and comfortable little space for our staff meeting. Our host Jen made everything simple and easy, including arranging a catered lunch from a local caterer. One thing I would note that was not in the online description - the space is open, and exposed to the commercial center below. The noise was not a problem for us, but I could see that a noisy lunchtime crowd could have interfered with our meeting.
Scott H. booked a brainstorming for 3 people
Perfect space for a small team meeting. Everything we needed to facilitate a brainstorm: a unique space, a whiteboard, and plenty of food available through the restaurants downstairs! Jen was great and so helpful.
Max G. booked an event for 15 people
We booked this space for a small community gathering. It couldnt be more perfect. Jen was accommodating, friendly, and helpful. The space itself is small. But feels larger than it is
Isis S. booked a team meeting for 12 people
The space was beautiful with small details all over. The small details were small enough to not be distracting but once seen, being a fun surprise. Jen was so helpful, even with last minute request and she did it with such patience and grace. She also helped set up food and made it beautiful. Everyone was so happy after the meeting. Thank you again Jen!
Dexter M. booked a production for 2 people
This is a great spot for photography, with many resources available for remarkable photographs complemented with captivating indoor settings, and convenient access to beverages and snacks from the market below. The area is above the market so if privacy is a concern, no one will come up to disturb you. Also great for small, private events such as meetings, script readings, etc. The hostess, Jen, provided infallible service, far beyond my expectations, and communicates well. We did not feel rushed in the slightest, and she assured we had every accomodation we needed. I highly recommend working with Jen and using this spot.
