The lounge features a gourmet demonstration kitchen (3 bar stools at the kitchen and 3 bar stools at a separate island), pool table with two high boy tables and four bar height chairs, a gorgeous sectional sofa in front of a fireplace, separate seating area with four club chairs, two four-top tables in front of a booth, with two chairs each. There is a separate business center for an additional $25/hour, if you'd like a break out space with a four top table and two computers. We also have a sun deck, as well as an enclosed conference room with six chairs, that could be used for a small wine tasting or business meeting, since it's connected to our wine room. Either of those spaces could be added at additional hourly cost as well. There are so many wonderful spaces here, we want to help you find the best one for you! * This space is also great for corporate events, film shoots, meetings, parties, photo shoots, retreats, workshops, dinners, fitness classes, networking, performances, pop-ups, and weddings. This space is proudly smoke free and pet free. Depending on the event, we may recommend that guests have at least one staff member present to check in your guests, and direct them to the space. The space is located inside a residential apartment home community, so please do know that you may see our wonderful residents around the space. Please be mindful of that when booking your event. Your space reservation time should include time for set up and clean up. If you're unsure how much time you will need, we recommend 1 hour before and 1 hour after your event time. Please return the space in the condition that it was delivered to you, at the time that your reservation ends. Prior to confirming a booking we will have you sign a license agreement and provide Certificate of Insurance for your vendors, & Special Event Insurance as necessary. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. had some problems with the wifi but the crew at the reception desk worked to resolve the issue. There was also some background noise from the doors and deliveries so its a better space for groups not having quiet meetings but everything worked out really well and smoothly!

This space was great! We had a baby shower for a party of 30 people and the place was perfect. Our host, Arnold was wonderful to work with. He accommodated last minute changes to our schedule twice. I would definitely rent this space again.

A great space. However, no host was present at my event either before, during or after...I never met Arnold and when I went to see the location prior to the art show they did not know I was coming and they told me there would be parking passes for the guest... I did not receive parking passes. We were not able to prop the door open at the event and the pass code to enter did not work. I feel like the amount I paid was a lot for the lack of service... But overall, nice venue.
