About the Space
We have a medium-sized meeting room for 8-25 people, 440 square feet. You can set it up with tables or just chairs. Adjacent is a fully-equipped kitchen and a small garden area. We are close to MUNI and the freeways. This space can be rented with our larger space. Room is expected to be left in the same condition when you leave as when you arrive. Please include set-up and clean-up times in the rental time. For evening or large events a $100 lock-up fee will be charged.

Great location, and Gerry is an amazing host. We booked this for an entire day for our event, and it was a wise choice - everything went smoothly. Will recommend this space to anyone.
I thought the space was very convenient and useful, and the host quite accommodating. Particularly, he was most courteous in helping us out with a last minute emergency need for a meeting spot on the West Portal side of the City.
I used this space to dress about 25 people for a costumed event in Golden Gate Park. There were plenty of tables and chairs, access to a kitchen (which I didn't use but nice to know that it was there), lovely well lit large room, and beautifully kept bathrooms, a clothing rack and a screened room divider (which came in SUPER handy). Gerry was very responsive, kind, and helpful. I'll definitely be coming back! Thank you so much!

Our office of 8 needed a last minute space for some team building. Gerry's space was perfect and gave us just the right amount of space to tackle what we needed for the day. On top of the meeting room, we also had access to a kitchen and a beautiful patio. We loved that the space was as mentioned "Well-Lit" and gave us a refreshing space to get some much needed work done. The tables and chairs were light so we could move around for team builders and back into the center of the room for presentations and planning. Gerry was very responsive with our last minute request and answered all questions quickly. I arrived with the room setup as requested. Gerry was onsite throughout the day for any support needed and was super friendly. I'd definitely book again.
This was a great space for our meeting and offsite. We had an easy time working with the space owner and would definitely come back.
