About the Space

Built in the 1948 and extended and remodeled in 2006 this 6-bedroom 7-bathroom home has many different aesthetics. From modern marble staircases to rustic hard wood floors and wood beams. It also features a large front and back yard with a unique and tropical pool that doesn't feel like you are in Los Angeles. Great lighting, lots of street parking, quiet residential area in the hills with easy access from the canyon and wide streets with clearance, lots of staging space, and lush grounds, fully gated property, very private. Total of 4,855sqft. Property Size: 0.5 acre. Film permits are for FilmLA, not BH.
