Our well equipped conference rooms and meeting spaces are perfect for your next professional meeting, creative brainstorming session, or team building exercises. THE SPACE Our modern, convenient conference room is the perfect place for your next meeting! A solid reclaimed table with six leather chairs provides the perfect location for an intimate meeting or relaxed brainstorming session. Table can seat up to 8 people and we have two extra chairs available if needed. A magnetic whiteboard is installed on the wall and included with the space (please bring your own markers) The matte finish provides the perfect surface for a projector! Note that the space is located within a residential apartment community, so you may see our wonderful residents around the space. Please be mindful of this when booking. AMENITIES Table, seating, whiteboard, Wifi. THE LOCATION Located in beautiful Santa Clara just outside of San Jose. We are footsteps away from various food options and transportation methods. WE ARE A NO SMOKING COMMUNITY. Any smoking may result in fines. PARKING Onsite parking is not provided and not included in the booking rate. We recommend using public transportation or taxi/ride share services. Overtime: Peerspace guests will incur a fee of 1.5x the hourly rate if they go over the rental time. You must inform the Concierge Team at Peerspace about overtime within 3 days, and they will charge the guest accordingly.
Our space is proudly Smoke-Free and Pet-Free. For this very special space, we typically like to have the host of the event meet with our site team to walk through and ensure your needs are met. All bookings are inclusive of set up and break down time, and for this reason we recommend booking an hour before and after your set event time. Furniture cannot be rearranged without prior approval from host. Please dispose of garbage, leave the space "broom clean" and check in with the concierge on your way out. All deliveries and catering need to be approved and communicated to host in advance. The Peerspace Concierge team can help coordinate any additional services you may need, contact them at [email protected] Depending on your event, we might recommend that you provide a staff member to check in guests at the front desk of the building as they will be entering a formal lobby on the first floor. We may require you to also sign our supplemental Peerspace booking agreement prior to the event and provide names of all attendees for check in. If your booking is a larger event and/or includes alcohol you may need to purchase additional event insurance and provide a COI and/or provide a refundable security deposit prior to the booking date. All events must end and be cleaned up by 11:30 pm. We are so happy to have you!
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

The room in general is good. But they close on Sunday, if you are booking for Sunday, just make sure you have the contact person's phone number. Because you need call the staff to open the door for you. I won't recommend book for a business meeting there on Sunday.

I used this space for a shoot, although it’s more meant for a small meeting. In terms of that, the space is small enough to seat 6 people. However, there are open windows where residents of the complex could glance into, and there are no curtains to obtain privacy for a meeting. Jomel was very kind and understanding with our usage of the space even though we were told that our shoot made the residents uncomfortable, which was understandable and we were admittedly at fault for that. However, in terms of communication, he was admittedly not the best. I did not receive the contract until 20 minutes before the booking. He also did not confirm my booking nor did he answer my questions about the place until the evening before. I personally would not recommend this place unless you have an extremely small meeting group and do not mind outside distractions.

Good space and friendly staff. WiFi was a little weak for a business meeting with multiple people. Great location and walking distance from a lot of restaurants.
