About the Space
***** PLEASE MESSAGE FIRST BEFORE SENDING A BOOKING REQUEST :) ***** This historic English style cottage (built in1926) in the Jane's Village in Altadena stands at +1400 sq ft inside with the total lot size at +7000 sq feet. The interior boast lots of natural light supplied by french doors and ample windows with a large focal picture window found in the living room. Dark, hard wood floors run throughout the house with 1 bedroom (available) and 1 office space. Quaint accent pieces hint at a modern update of an English cottage with with bright white walls running throughout. The master bedroom has a black and white gorgeous claw-foot tub that accents the vintage black and white checkered tile floor. The large backyard and patio deck provides ample space for entertaining and enjoying the lovely Altadena climate. The cottage decor has unique pieces that reflect the California Modern-Bohemaian style that have been purchased all over the world. Everything has a story. There are plants of all shapes and sizes seen throughout the cottage. This is a perfect place for photoshoots, commercials, films etc. Prices may vary if your production size is more than 10+ people. Laurel was a great host with a beautiful home! She was very communicative and made sure we had what we needed. This was our first time booking through Peerspace and Laurel made it very easy. She was there to walk us through the space and left us to it during the duration of our booking time. We used the space for a small company meeting as well as small video setup for interviewing our leadership team. Her home was beautifully furnished and decorated and was perfect for what we needed.
