Other Amenities: - Green Room - Makeup Station - Dressing Room - Wifi ⚠️ AFTER HOURS RATE - $85/hr = Weekdays 8AM - 5PM $145/hr = Weekdays before 8AM and/or after 5PM and weekends * Thursdays not available without approval. ❄️ A/C - Central Air Conditioning throughout. It does make sound and takes site rep 10 minutes to turn off/on. 🔈 NOISE - Normally quiet, except in early mornings when groundskeeping sweeps. 🔌 POWER - Power throughout. Not sure about how much load our circuits can take, the largest light we've powered is ARRI M18. Pre-hung lighting is daylight, dimmable, and rotated, but not movable. 🚛 LOADING/PARKING - Loading dock is for loading/unloading only. No parking. Once unloaded, vehicles must be moved to the large/free parking lot. There is plenty of space in-studio for equipment. 🏡 EXTERIOR - Filming is limited to within our studio. No exterior filming permitted. However, you can film from within the studio, looking out, but no equipment, crew, etc is allowed outside our studio. ⏰ OVERTIME - 20-min grace period. Then hourly (not 30-min) rate for normal hours or after-hours for additional time, depending on the time of day. 📝 WALKTHROUGH REPORT - When you are ready to leave, if overtime, someone will be required to sign a walkthrough report, which will note overtime. 🧹 CLEANING - You can move furniture or decor, or ask if unsure. Clean up and leave the place as you found it. While there's a $100 cleaning fee, you're responsible for resetting sets. Use our reference photos for guidance. If you don't reset them, extra fees may apply. 🍔 FOOD - We have a water cooler which provides hot and cold water. 🔞 ADULT FILMING - NO adult shoots or nudity allowed. 🚨 SECURITY - Security cameras record activities in all public spaces. ☀️ EARLY ARRIVALS - Cast is not permitted before the rental start time. 🌖 LATE ARRIVALS - We do not compensate with free time at the end of a rental for late arrivals. 🏁 EARLY WRAP - We do not compensate for the difference if wrapped early. 🔫 FIREARMS - NO firearms are permitted. Even if you have a license and/or concealed carry permit, please DO NOT bring firearms. 😴 OVERNIGHT - Equipment and setup can be stored overnight for an additional $500 per night. 🪜 LADDERS - We offer 4-step ladders for use. 📑 PERMITS: You are responsible for obtaining permits and permissions for filming at our studio. 📄 INSURANCE - If you don’t use the platform’s coverage, you’ll need an insurance cert. We suggest you research to find an insurance company to use. 🧑‍💼 SITE REP FEE - The site rep ensures the studio is used properly, safely, and efficiently. The site rep fee is $150 flat per day. They assist with questions, troubleshoot, and enforce rules. 🏷️ DISCOUNTS - Straightforward, competitive pricing with full access to all sets, backdrops, and amenities ensures consistent value and service for every guest. We do not offer additional discounts on our standard rates. The exterior of the studio, warehouse, workshop, and working office is off-limits.
