A short 10 minute drive from downtown Livermore, this vineyard estate will have you feeling like you are a world away---with breathtaking views overlooking rolling hills, vineyards and spacious sky. The main facility, which can comfortably hold up to 100 people, is a 1500 square foot tasting room facility which features granite counters, a tasting room bar, stove, oven, half bathroom, and plenty of space to set up your private event. A fridge/freezer is in the space as well. The main facility opens to outdoor spaces from three spots, providing a great option an indoor/outdoor event, with a different view from each side. It is ideal for birthday parties, engagement parties, anniversaries, showers, and family get-togethers. There is ample parking for up to 50 cars on site. Owner is a seasoned corporate event planner and can help with all aspects of your event to insure every detail is taken care of. Come breathe, relax and enjoy country living.
Outside food and alcohol is allowed. Catering and Bar service can be provided. Service animals only. Events with alcohol require additional insurance needed. Currently this is bar-height tables and chairs for approx. 20 people, and regular height tables and chairs for 12 people. This space is perfect. I had my bridal shower here and it was so beautiful. The space has a beautiful bar with plenty of room to set up tables. It is surrounded by vineyards. So guests can hang out outside and take in the views. Tara is a great host. She is so friendly and helpful. I am booking this space for my next event.
Tara is such a great host and a very helpful person. Entering the venue and using the space was pretty seamless. She offered her help and let me know about the wifi, etc. without having to ask. When you are hosting an event, you forget things, but Tara made sure she gave you all the information you would need including additional dishware, glasses, etc. The space is beautiful in the fall and the sunset was gorgeous. I would definitely use this space again. It was a really nice and intimate space. The only thing that is a bit of hassle at the end is the stinky sink water (you just cannot use that water to rinse anything) and having to throw the trash in the bins that are a bit of a walk away (especially if you have heels on!)....
Beautiful venue and wonderful to use for our son’s 1st bday party! Tara is great to plan with- helpful with suggestions and assisting with party accessory rentals making it an easy one stop shop. Would love to host another event here!

Amazing! We celebrated our 10th Anniversary with 40 guests but wine tasting room is large enough for more than 50 people. It has the whole kitchen with all the appliances. We were there on January 27th and view was spectacular. Sunset picture came out great! These are not the only reasons we picked the place for our event. Tara the owner was the main reason for us. She is a fantastic event planner. She was very through, gave lots of great ideas like luminaries, setting our stool wine wine barrels outside with heater, arranging the whole large table so we can accommodate everyone on the same table. She even did bar-tending for us which i think its very nice of her to do. She never forgot any little details i have mentioned to ask her for the event. She was able to understand all our needs and requests. They have large parking too as we were able to fit around 15 cars. She was super cool about us to do live catering. She is the best! Overall, we can not imagine our event without her! I would love to host all my events at this place!
