Wide double door entry and first floor location with ramps and ample parking make moving large equipment and rigging in and out very easy. Guests enjoy unrestricted private access to a modern multipurpose classroom and recreational space that can welcome over 40 people seated at desks and can be rearranged on the fly. Boardroom, U Shaped, Classroom and Reception configurations are all easily accommodated. Receptions and non-desk seating configurations can accommodate 70 people without feeling cramped. Our very relaxed lounge area features leather couches and a modern, well-appointed kitchenette. Beverages and snacks are complimentary and catered breakfasts and lunches are available. Work Hard. Play Hard. Relax by the electric fireplace, the high definition flat screen TV, or knock out a few emails at the farmhouse table. Movies, video games and board games are onsite in abundance, and escape rooms and other team-building activities are easily added. Natural Light, Natural Habitat. The tastefully decorated space has a calming effect on guests, while still providing enough pops of bright color to keep the ideas flowing. With extra large North-facing windows overlooking the southern edge of New York’s largest parklands project, guests enjoy the rejuvenating effects of trees, and natural sunlight without the distractions of harsh sunlight glare. At the right time of day there is an excellent chance of spotting one of the many deer that roam the park behind the WorkSpace. Seamless Technology. Free WiFi is included at no additional cost. Fast Ethernet is available via our workstations or your device. Project to screen mounted TVs via Ethernet, HDMI or wirelessly in multiple ways. We accommodate PCs and Mac platforms with ease. Numerous charging stations with USB ports and standard electrical outlets are conveniently positioned throughout the space. Technical and AV assistance is always available at a moment’s notice. As for communicating in old-fashioned ways, flipcharts and whiteboards are available, as is an entire chalkboard wall near the front doors. If you’ve forgotten something needed for communicating with your team, there’s a good chance we have a backup for you onsite. Colors in the Space Multiple light controls can be explained onsite. It includes standard LEDs, direct halogens, and Philips Hue elements. The sun gives its own varying natural hues through the panoramic windows too. Lots of options here for light. Ceilings All ceilings are white. Walls The majority of the wallspace is painted in Sherwin Williams Alpaca, which is a calm neutral tone. Depending on light and surrounding materials it can tone to either a warm light brown or a cool grey, but will generally blend into the background of your shots. Alpaca is Pantone / PMS Cool Grey 3 / #cfc9c4 Hex Color Code Two walls are a vibrant blue (Lowes' Valspar Blue Jeans). One wall is dominated by a large wall map which must stay put, as it contains sound deadening acoustic tiles behind the canvas front. Two small walls are a bright green (not Chromakey greenscreen). Stationary pictures dominate one of the walls, and the other is blank. One wall is Charcoal Grey. There is a small blank space near the front doors that gets bright natural light during the day. One wall is painted flat chalkboard black and can be customized as needed. Flooring The floors are a medium brown wood grained laminate. The restroom and storage area are black ceramic tile.

We just had our daughter’s first birthday party here, the place is clean, and look exactly like the the pictures from the site. It is very spacious for 55 ppl, enough space for some of the toddlers to move around... Ian was very responsive, asks all my questions via text, and on the day of event he stayed til the party start to make sure we have everything, and even help us move furniture. A lot of guests told us the place is nice and perfect to host a party. Parking there is also helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

This setting was absolutely perfect for my sis in laws baby shower. Ian and Lorraine were absolutely amazing. They were very accommodating with everything and anything we needed. Ian was there till the party started, helped us move tables and put our boxes in the closet so they weren't in the way. I would definitely book another event with them.

We had a blast at this place. It was perfect for a party we had music and we danced a lot. The place was even better than it looked in the photos: very clean, spacious and equipped. The windows to the outside gave a really cool effect to our event. There's a coat closet for your guests. The hosts were very responsive, considerate and helpful. They even provided us with a couple of items we had forgotten to bring. We could not have asked for better hosts. You could really be creative with this place, we enjoyed a very cool chalkboard near the entrance. The lighting is modern and versatile. This space was absolutely perfect for my event. It was clean, spacious and extremely comfortable. I threw a birthday party here and had over 40 guests attend and it fit us all perfectly, everyone had a place to hang out and sit and every one of my guests was impressed with how nice and comfortable the space was. I found this place last minute (due to a weather related venue change) and the hosts were extremely accommodating, super nice and made sure I had everything I needed. I even forgot birthday candles for the cake!! but the host went outside himself and bought some for me. It was truly an experience my guests and I will never forget. I would highly recommend this space for any event! It made my daughters birthday party and I cannot thank the hosts enough for their generosity and how accommodating they were and how welcome my guests and my family felt.

First of all I have to start by saying that this space was great!! The host and hostess were very accomodating and responsive. The space was impecably clean. I booked the space for a children's photoshoot and I was pleasantly surprised that they have a baby changing table in the restroom and the owner set Nickelodeon on tv for the kids. Thank you much!!!!
