We have a beautiful 1500 square foot space that includes a holistic center. That's what's so unique about it----the lovely energy of the space! We work hard keeping it that way! We want a peaceful space for people to come into and leave the stressful world behind. There are 4 offices attached to the event space & sometimes people may walk through the event space. But, we have ways of doing this so that it's not terribly distracting. If you have an event where you cannot have any interruptions, we may be able to accommodate you by offering the space at a higher price. Please talk to us about your needs. The space has been used for space for meetings, seminars, classes, trainings, parties, meetups & more! It is fully equipped with AV equipment--- including a portable PA System, blue tooth speaker, wireless mic, wireless projector, and an electronic projection screen as well as a floor stand screen. We also have a podium, wireless black & white copier, a rolling white board, 15 - 18'x6’ seminar tables, 50 padded folding chairs, a water cooler with both hot & cold water & trash & recycling cans with liners. The event space also has air conditioning to suit your temperature needs. It has windows with curtains on the length of 2 sides & is furnished with lots of beautiful plants. There is usually plenty of free parking out front in the lot & nearby. There are also restaurants within a couple miles or you are welcome to have food delivered or catered. Our rental rates for friday 6pm-12am and Saturday/Sunday 7am-12am are $75 per hour. 4 hr minimum. ****If your event will not be disturbed by our holistic practitioners and their clients walking through the space occasionally, we can offer you a significant discount. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Happy New Year to everyone who is reading this review. We got so lucky to host a New Year's Party in Krizten's space. She is one of the nicest people I've ever met in my life. The communication was so easy. This space has everything you need for a party. We were around 50 people and there was enought space for dancing and dining. What we found good was that the area with the couch can be a separate area for the kids, our 18 teenagers loved it. Krizten is a broad-minded person and does not set a boundaries how to organize the space. The pro there is no cleaning fees, yes that is true which saves a lot of money. We left the space almost as we found it and she is not that kind of person to make you feel guilty if something is not on the right place. My opinion is she just want people to feel welcome and have a good time renting her space. @Krizten, you are hilarious, kind, and generous, we couldn't have asked for a more enjoyable time.

Krizten was amazing. She couldn’t make it down, but made sure I got to preview the space before the event date & made sure we had access & instructions on the day of. The space was perfect! & Parking was an added perk for my clients. I’d definitely use this space it again for future events.

Krizten was beyond helpful in making our event a success. We were a bit nervous having to find a place last minute but it worked out quite nice. We had about 55 people, the room stayed comfortable in size and temperature, our speaker didn't need the PA system, we were able to bring in lunch and build a self-serve table, and everyone was happy. Parking can be difficult, but everyone managed fine for the time of day 11:30-1:30pm. Couple things to be aware of, the space is dated (it's part of the Old Brewery), there are other people who use different offices in the space (but are quiet), and the bathrooms were not clearly marked (but they were clean and very accessible). Did I mention Krizten was a great host? Thanks!!
