Our venue is on a main shopping thoroughfare, with two local coffee shops directly across the street and a local brewery right next-door. There is plenty of public parking and a private parking lot is in included in the booking.
CATERING All outside food and drink must be removed at the end of the event RESTRICTIONS *Kids ok with signed parent release. *Space is strictly for photography and film/video production (limit of 60pp) *Renter is responsible for removal and disposal of excess trash in a proper manner. *The property shall be left in the exact same condition as when the rental began. *Onsite staff member required to help with equipment or handle any questions or concerns. *No nails, screws, staples, tape or gummed backed materials may be used to attach or affix anything to the furniture, walls, or building. *No glitter or confetti of any kind is allowed on site. *No sparklers, Roman candles, or fire producing gags or effects. *No face painting, hand paints, stains, or other similar activity allowed. INSURANCE: Additional Production Insurance is required and may be obtained through Eventhelper.com. Please list the host as additional insured. EARLY DROP OFFS & LATE PICKUPS: Early drop offs of equipment outside normal booking hours may require a $50.00 per scheduled appointment.
