About the Space
This eight acre property features a small home with amenities, outdoor bathroom and shower facilities, a creek separating the front and back halves, a treehouse, and a few other aesthetically pleasing odds and ends. This property has been used as a base camp for many productions of all kinds and sizes. We offer the country feel, western shoots, haunted house, great golden hour light against the valley behind us, even that "afghanistan" look in the creek and against some hillsides we have. Come by and scout!
*Cars in photos are available for rental as well. 1965 Ford Mustang and 1964 Ford Ranchero.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
