This Mid-century Modern furnished apartment has bright white floors and large windows throughout that let in plenty of natural light. The white floors create a great light bounce. Being on the second floor, the west/east facing windows provide a breeze throughout, filling it with fresh air when the windows are open. All the furnishings are thoughtfully curated from vintage as well as well built vintage inspired pieces. It is located directly in the heart of North Park and easy to get to by public transportation as well as close to the 805 and 5 freeways. 1200 square feet inside plus use of yard. We'd love to host your next lifestyle shoot, magazine shoot, video shoot, photoshoot, filmed interview, model shoot and more!
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Erin and Davids space was great! All of the decor is very thoughtful selected and has many unique pieces that give it a funky and unique feel. We did a small video shoot in the space and it went smoothly and looks great. They were incredibly accommodating with our tight schedule and even had cold water and home made cold brew coffee waiting for us!
