All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Located in the heart of America's television and film industries and is minutes away from the affluent neighborhoods of Bel Air, Brentwood and West Los Angeles. A home to many celebrities, production companies and the community at large. The incredible facility features an indoor NBA Basketball Court (volleyball court) with 30' high ceiling and large windows allowing plenty of sunlight, an indoor heated junior Olympic Size Swimming Pool, Hot Yoga Studio, Locker Rooms and Meeting Rooms; making it a perfect setting for filming locations. The facility is about 30,000 square feet and the on site parking lot (for an additional fee of $75 per spot) makes it accommodating for all size production projects. This rate is based on 1-15 people. 16-30 people $750 per hour 30-45 people $850 per hour 46-60 people $1000 per hour 60 + people $1250 per hour

Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Standard 90 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Yes, I would book again.

This was so easy for me to book. They were very open and i was able to book the day prior to me shooting. I would recommend this to anyone.

No, I would not book again.

I filmed at this location and it was a very unpleasant experience for me and the rest of my crew. I spoke via peerspace messages with "Bracha" and she gave me a woman named Debra to speak with along with another house manager named Jose. Jose showed us the place and we decided to shoot our video there yesterday (Tuesday June 11th). When we arrived promptly at 6pm, the on-site manager "Debra" stalled us and called "Bracha" to charge us for the booking before we could begin filming, so we did not start at 6pm like we were supposed to. As soon as that was sorted out an hour later and we were ready to load in, they had a huge UHAUL blocking our direct load-in path to the basketball court, and they were unloading food and other items through the gym area where we were supposed to be filming and loading in OUR equipment. The truck was there blocking our main entry point until about 7:30pm. When it left we were finally able to pull our equipment truck near the load-in area in the parking lot next to the JEM Community Center where this location is hosted. The location manager on site, "Debra" charged us over $1000 in extras. Debra charged us an extra $500 for an 8x10 holding room for our artist and demanded that we send it by PAYPAL as well as an additional $500 because we ended up going over our time by 1-hour which was not our fault. When we asked if they had a table, they said there was an up-charge, (we had our craft sitting on the ground in bags because they didn't offer a table). I asked for the wifi & password, and they told me "I don't know, they change it all the time, they are very secretive about the Wifi". $3000 for this booking and no Wifi access...crazy. We ended up being forced to upload footage using Wifi Hotspots on our cell phones for the duration, which also prolonged the shoot into the overtime they charged us for. Debra also made a comment directly to one of our models telling her that she needed to "Cover up" and grab a sweatshirt when walking past the Rabbis. It was hot in the building and they did not have the AC running at all. One of my crew members (my Director) was approached and asked if he or anyone in our crew was Jewish. Honestly I could go on and on about this nightmare of a situation last night. It really was a horrible experience and they did not provide some of the most basic amenities that are offered in their listing. If I could give 0 stars I would. BEWARE OF BOOKING THIS PLACE!!!
