The space is beautiful; my 30th bday dinner turned out to be memorable. However, I cannot rate this space higher than a 3, given the lack of clear communication between the hosts & me. They made the experience stressful. 3 days before the event I learned that there were two hosts not one. They messaged me & it was clear the host I was in communication with (Cindy) wasn't being transparent with the other host (Johnny). I gave C a clear description of my event, including my plan to adhere to COVID restrictions & she approved it. Then J reached out to me & said he was skeptical about hosting. I was afraid they would cancel with just 3 days left so I had no other choice but to modify my event time upon their request; I started/ended earlier. In my initial request (approved by C) I was charged a kitchen fee. She clearly said (via Peerspace) we had access to the stove/oven/microwave. She asked that I bring utensils. Hours before the dinner started, J started rushing to move the food outside. He texted/complained about the aroma. I let J know that I paid a kitchen fee & it was clear he didn't know that I had already clarified this with C. Johnny also texted me 2x during my birthday dinner, to ask for my guests to keep their voices down & to ask if one of my guests could move their car so he could get out. Lastly, they posted/tagged my event on their IG story without my consent. Overall, I'd highly recommend overcommunicating when booking this space and asking to speak to both hosts.

Thank you so much this was an amazing space! From the beginning Cindy was very accommodating when we wanted to see the space etc. It's was such a great space we literally had to do nothing to decorate. Great that she had speakers and trash cans there too. Our guests were so impressed with the space and the view. We would definitely rent again!

My experience with this space was amazing not only with the aesthetic and comfort of the venue, but also with my amazing host, Cindy. Extremely responsive and helpful, always looking to accomodate her guests to her fullest capacity. It was exactly as advertised and you have a chance to scope the venue before commiting. I had a successful party with my friends and family to celebrate my mother being cancer free. The space is a quiet and calm place suitable for just about anything! Thank you for such a pleasant experience.

Beautiful Space and amazing hosts. Cindy was VERY helpful in answering every question possible, trust me I asked a lot. I would book again just during winter time, there are a lot of ants around the deck.
